RISHABH'S POV:
"Just let him complete I want to know everything after all this is all linked to me" Ashi says and Addy sits back.
If it weren't for Ashi I wouldn't be here in the first place, I've always kept my distance from these people but here I'm in the commander's house. I scan everyone's faces in the room and I can tell everyone has something going on in their minds, my eyes met with the warlock and he pass me a wierd look with a creepy smile before he opens his mouth again to speak "So as I was saying your parents are half siblings" and I sigh.
"I'm just gonna make it simple, Ashi! your grandfather had two wives and I'm sure you know this much." Arsh says and looks at Ashi.
"Yes our mom did told us that his first wife died but she never said anything about me having an uncle or anything, she always told us she is the only child." Ashi explains
Arsh takes a deep breath and he continues "But she is not! Sanket's grandma was a black swan and which was inherited by Sanket's dad and now Sanket too"
"Wait but how is this possible I thought only boys could be black swans" Unnati states with the air quotes
Arsh looks at her and passes a lip sealed smile "Well it's not about the gender it's about the strength and she was one of the most courageous Black swan in the history."
"Did you knew her since you're a tHoUsAnD year old warlock" Aashna says with rolling her eyes.
"What is it with you Americans, will you ever let me complete?" Arsh states dramatically
"No one will speak a word now just let him complete" The newly commander of Seattle states and everyone nods in a yes.
"Yes, thankyou! and yes I knew her . SHE was my bestfriend" Arsh says looking at Aashna and she rolls her eyes at him, Arsh stands up and looking at everyone at once, he starts again
"Lily, Sanket's grandmother died saving the sword and after that your grandfather" he points at Ashi, Addy and Sanket "moved back to America where he was originally from with Sanket's Dad. Then he met your grandmother" he points at Ashi and Addy "I always stayed in touch with your Dad, I was his bestfriend too but after he grew up and came back ofcourse" He says turning to Sanket.
I raise my hand, everyone looks at me "What?" Arsh asks and I reply "Uhh- can you ahh not do that please?"
"Do what exactly?" He asks
"this" I wave my hand pointing between Ashi and Sanket twice "it's really confusing" I tell him and he burst into laughter "cool mate" he manage to say, he sigh after having his wierd laugh moment or whatever, he opens his mouth again "Since your grandfather wasn't a Black swan, he couldn't train Sanket's father so he sent him back to Paris with Lily's family. They trained and made him one of the best and that's when he and I became bestfriends, he told me about his half sister who he loved very dearly, they use to meet barely but they had the bond of real siblings. When your mom got married to your father" he turns from Ashi to Addy and continues "we were there and I can't bELieVe you don't rEmEmBeR me I was there when you were born"
Addy raise a brow a brow at him saying "And I'm suppose to remember that?"
Arsh huffs "yeah maybe" he rolls his eyes, looks at Ashi and starts again "As I said earlier Lily died saving the sword, no one knew where she hid the sword but there were people looking for the sword and before Ashi was born they killed Jack, your grandfather and were after your Mom, so your Mom called your Uncle and we came to rescue you guys, I guess I portaled them to India, one of my friend had an apartment in a place called Delhi so they were living there, more like hiding until you were born Ashi." his lips stops moving, he crosses his hand in front of his chest and he looks down, everyone is looking at him, waiting for him to speak. I wonder what he's thinking , probably how to exaggerate every situation.
"AAAAANNNNDDDD??" Sanket looks at him, he looks up and he passes him a lip tight smile.
"Well then few assassins found them, your dad somehow got rid of them but there were more coming, so your dad contacted me and I came for the rescue again."
"Wait did you just said ASSASSIN'S ?" Unnati almost chokes on her tea but just a cough.
"Uh yes I did, ofcourse the killer wouldn't go hunting himself" Arsh states and we all are curious again to hear the rest of it.
AASHNA'S POV:
Manav gestures his hand saying "CoNtiNuE please"
Arsh looks at him and nods in a yes and continues "yeah, so as I was saying, now that the assasins were involved we decided actually Ashi's mum decided to lock Ashi's protector powers so that she wouldn't get involved in this drama that's all, oh and now that the protection spell is no more protecting her, they are tracking her powers again"
"Wait why are they tracking her and not Addy or her parents and how are they tracking her exactly, does they have something on her or her parents or anyone from her family because that's the only way they can track her" I blabber in one go and everyone turns to me.
"gOOd point but I haven't really ahh- figured that part out yet" Arsh states nodding his head
"WHYY you're a thousand year warlock and you couldn't Oh My Gawd!!!" Rishabh says dramatically and I'm guessing he's trying to mimic Arsh, I almost burst into laughter but Manav death stare shuts my mouth.
"Well I was going to perform the spell but was interrupted by some assasins you know I'd to send someone here," he says looking at Sanket " and perform a protection spell on myself so that they could not track me" Arsh replies
I was about to say something but Unnati cuts me off by saying "Uhh I don't think they have something on Ashi or any of her family members"
"Why do you think so they found me" Sanket says
"yes but still I don't think they have something on you guys or anything of YOU guys to locate your location" Unnati replies.
"I agree" Manav says, everyone looks at him "If they had anything they would've already found Ashi by now but they haven't but ....
