Chapter 6

Your pov
   I woke up with a strong hangover and felt so sick. I held my head and groaned. I dont remember anything. I stand up slow and put a hoodie on and sun glasses. Yes sun glasses in the house. I walk downstairs and get some water and advil.

  " Morning Y/n. How you feel? " Jake said. I shake my head " No. " is all i say and take the advil. Jake chuckles. " Knew it. " I sigh and look at Jake and pout. " I fweel sick " i say in a baby voice. " That is called a hangover my brother.. Sister.. Sorry " he laughs and i just smile. I see Colby come downstairs and he doesnt look at me. Just grabs a water and walks back upstairs. Maybe he had a hangover too. I shrug it off and walk back upstairs to my room and lay down and go on my phone for a while.

    Noon comes around and im getting hungry. The advil worked alot. I walk downstairs and hear Sam and Colby talking. I go to walk down but hear something and stop. " I still cant believe it man. You fucked up. " Sam says. " I know bro .. She didnt even say anything to me this morning. She was talking to Jake just fine but once i came around she stopped. " Colby says and puts his head in his hands. " She is probably mad at you. Say something. " Sam says. " You're right . Im gonna go talk to her. " Colby says and goes to get up. I run upstairs to my room and lay on my bed and go on my phone like i was doing something.

   He comes to my room and knocks on my open door softly. I look at him and smile. " Heeloo" i say and he smiles a bit. " Hey can we talk ?  " he asks and i nod and sit up. " Of course come sit" i say. He sits on my bed and sighs " I wanna talk about last night. " he says . I try to think of last night. " I dont remember anything. " I say. " You dont ? " He asks and i shake my head " Oh uh ok .. Well .. I .. Mm i dont know if i should tell you. " He stutters. That makes me worry. " Was it that bad ? Did i throw up on you ? " I giggle hoping he says no.

  " No thankfully " he says and laughs. I do to. God his laugh is adorable. " You uhmm .. You said you loved me .. You wanted to be with me .. Kissed me ... And when i struggled to answer you or say something you stormed upstairs and fell asleep... Sam told me to appologize and i went upstairs and took care of you .. " he says. Im just shocked. Did i really drunkly confess my love for him ? Dude drunk me is confident! I struggle with something to say before he speaks up. " Is it true ? Do you love me ? I promise it wont ruin our relationship. I just .. Wanna know " He says and stares at me. I blush.

    " Colby i .. I dont know what to say .. I was drunk but .. I do kind of like you but ... I- " He cuts me off " Its too soon .. I know .. Ill leave you alone for now.. " And with that he leaves my room before i could answer. I feel tears rolling down and i lay down and cry. Why ? I don't know. I stay in my room the rest of the day.

    A few hours later Jake comes to my room and knocks. I didnt hear cause im watching a movie on my laptop with headphones. He knocks again and i still dont hear. So he just walks in and i look up and pause my movie and take off my headphones. " Yes ? " i ask and he hands me a box smiling. " Open open open " he says eagerly. I smile and open it. Its my vape he ordered me. " Oh thank you. And lots of juices ok heh " i say and he smiles. " Want me to set it up ? " he asks. " Uh sure " He says and he starts setting it up while i read all the juice flavors. I pick a pink lemonade flavor and watch him setting it up. He hands it to me " Here you go " he says and hands it to me and i pour the juice in and turn it on and before i try it Tara comes to the door.

  " Jake you ready ? " she says and is all dressed up. I smile " Aye you look pretty girl.  " She half smiles " Thank you " she says sounding bitchy. I look at Jake " You arent dressed up like her. Where you going ? " i ask. " Uh we are going on a date. I was about to get ready but i saw that arrived and wanted to give it to you and help you. Set it up. " He says and rubs his hands on his thighs then walks to Tara . " Uhm ill talk to you later. " He says in more of a question and i nod looking confused " Yeah see ya . Have fun " I say . That sounded like he didnt wanna go but she did. She was also rude to me like i did something . Did she think that me and Jake had something going on ? 1 she knows i like Colby , 2 i dont like Jake like that. Only as a friend . 3 what did i do to her ? Tf ? Whatever i dont care .

   I lean back and sigh continueing to watch my movie and i try the vape . Yummy . Might just like vaping more than i thought . I decide to text Colby .

C - Colby Y - You

Y - Hey can we talk ?
C - Yeah whats up ?
Y - I just want to talk about earlier
C - So lets chat * sends a funny face *
Y - Lol weirdo . Anyway i do like you but .. I was drunk and didnt know what i was doing .. Sorry if i made you feel uncomfortable
C - No its ok . I understand you were drunk . I feel the same way.

   I sit up fast and look at the text. Im surprised even though i kinda felt like he did. I scream out of excitement not caring who hears. I jump up and down

Colby pov
  I hear Y/n scream and i laugh knowing why.

C - Chill kid someone might call the cops.

  She doesnt text back for a while.

Y- Sorry im just excited * sends a happy face and a heart *
C - Im glad. I just wanna take it slow if thats ok with you
Y - It is. I do too . I also dont wanna tell the roommatws right now.
Y - Shit Devyn ran to my room lmao. Ill tell her my favorite show ship just got together for real.
