Colby pov
  I took a nap without knowing. I woke up and heard soft faint giggling. I walked down the stairs but not fully and saw Jake tickling Y/n on the couch. I got so pissed i saw red. I walked upstairs and called Tara. " Hey Colby. " She said. " Hey Tara. Um i need help .. Its sort of a prank but its sort of payback. " i said. She didnt answer for a few seconds. " Uhm ok? What is it? " she asks hesitantly.

    " Its on Jake and Y/n. Long story short. Y/n got mad at me and locked herself in the bathroom. She didnt open for me but she opened for Jake. She walked out the bathroom and clinged on to Jake's arm. She has spent the whole day with him and i just saw Jake tickling her and her laughing alot. " I said and waited for her reply. " Colby .. That doesnt sound like anything we need to prank them for or get ' payback ' " she said and i could hear the quotation marks when she said payback.

     I didnt say anything so she spoke up again. " She probably just needed moral support and not from you cause she got mad at you. What if it was Sam? Would you call up Kat? Or Corey. Would you call up Devyn? Jake was probably just the one she went to first cause he was up.  I dont think they are cheating. " she said. " Could you just help me incase ? " i ask pleading. She sighs " Fine i guess.. I mean im bored anyway .. What we doing? " She says. I sigh in relief. " Ok so its gonna be a few day process. We will be hanging out often and alone ok? "

   I say. " So like a cheating prank ? " she asks. I hum in response. She sighs but agrees. " So we start now? " she asks. " Yeah. Hold on. Ill go downstairs then ask you to come over. " I say . " Ok. " she says. I get up and walk downstairs.

        " So you wanna come over soon? We could just hang out in my room. " I say and walk to the fridge. I see out the corner of my eye Jake and Y/n looking at me. " Sure. Ill be over soon. " Tara says loud enough for them to hear. " Alright see ya" i say and pretend to hang up. I grab a water bottle and go to walk upstairs. " Who was that? " Jake says. I look at him. " Why ? " i ask. He shrugs , note he still has his hands on her waist. " Just wanna know. " He says. Y/n looks away. " Dont matter. " I say and go to walk upstairs. " Whats your problem? " Jake says in more of a statement. I dont say anything and walk upstairs.

       A little while later. The doorbell rings. I run downstairs. Jake and Y/n are vaping and talking outside. I open the door for Tara. She walks in. Jake runs inside and speaks mid puff. " Hey babe. What are you doing here? " He ask. She looks at him as i take her jacket. " Hanging with Colby. Why does it matter? Im over all the time. " she says sealing the prank still. I smile to myself. Jake shrugs " Well you didnt tell me you were coming over. " He says and smiles going to kiss her. She walks backwards. " Because im hanging out with him. Not you. And im not kissing you while you are smoking. Ive told you this before. " she says. Jake looks hurt. " In not smoking.. Im vaping.. " He says.

    " Same thing. " She says and we walk upstairs. Once we get in my room we laugh. " The way you dodged his kiss " i say laughing. She giggles. " Ok this is kind of fun " She says. Me and her don't hang out that much so its kind of awkward. We just watch tv and talk about what we could do. It becomes dinner time so me and her decide to go out for lunch. We walk downstairs and Jake is looking at a menu for pizza. He asks Y/n what she wants. She hesitates. I try to keep my cool.

    " What do you want ? " Jake asks her. She goes to shake her head but then just looks at the table. " Uhm .. I .. " she stutters. " You're eating. Im getting pepperoni. " he says and looks us. " Hey guys. Im ordering pizza. Want any? " He says. " No we are going out. " I say. He furrows his brows confused. " Oh uh ok we will get dressed." He says and goes to walk. " Oh no its just us two. " I say. His expression goes shocked. " Oh fuck no. You arent going out with my girlfriend alone. "  He says and grabs Tara's arm pulling her close.

    " Hey! Jake im aloud to have other friends and go out with them!! You have no problem with me going out with the girls! Oh but thats because its girls!! You dont mind me going out with Reggie!! Let me live, Jake !! " she yells and walks out. I walk after her. We get in my car and drive off. Its silent for a while. " Hey .. Uhm im sorry dragging you into this and .. We can stop any time soon.. I dont want you and Jake's relationship ending because of me.. Ill never forgive myself.. " i say breaking it.

     She sighs " No.. Its not gonna end us .. That was just uncalled for.. We fight sometimes but he always apologizes when he doesnt need to. We will be fine Colby. He does never really let ne go out with boys that are my friends. But he is fine with me going out with Reggie or the girls. Its sexist honestly. He is just so jealous. He thinks ill hook up with them. Im not like that. " She says. I nod. " No it was uncalled for and he should let you hang out with anyone you want with out being jelous or think you will cheat. You arent like that. " I say and she nods. We pull up to the restaurant.
