CHAPTER 16

the chapter starts with naira sleeping.its 6 a.m.  kartik wakes up due to kairav as he is crying . he took him in his arms and carried him out of the room as he did not want naira's sleep to get disturbed. he carried him to the garden and started talking ot him while sitting on the bench.

kartik : chup ho jao na kairav dekho aap toh itni jaldi uth gaay ? kairav dekho i know aap chote ho aap ko full time care chahiye par agar aap mumma ko rest nahi karne donge toh voh bimaar pad jaayegi aurr dekho kairav jab aap bade ho jaoge jab aapko ek sister toh chaheygi na agar aap apna rona thodi der ke  liye band karoge then only aapki sister aayegi aur upar se aapki mumma toh hain he unromantic

by the time kartik could continue he felt a light slap on his head he turned backwards to only see naira standing behind him .

naira : kartikkk

kartik (innocent face): nairaa

naira : toh yeh baat ho rahi thi papa aur bete ke beech

kartik(inncoent ): kaunsi baat naira? main toh kairav ke sirf yeh he keh raha tha that he should not disturb you and be a good kid .

naira : oh really

kartik : yaa

naira : aise kon baat karta hain ek bacche se aur yeh toh achha hua ki mein aage varna toh..

kartik : varna toh kya naira ?

naira : umm kuch nahi ab ander chaloge dekho kairav toh so bhi gaya firse .

kartik: hmm accha hain so gaya

naira : hmm ab chalo room mein  

kartik : naira

naira : hmm bolo

kartik : chai 

naira : okk you take of kairav i will make it 

kartik : no you take care of kairav i will make it 

naira : okk i will have my mendak's chai then 

kartik : you will now go and sit i will come.

naira : okk  

kartik made them tea and they  placed kairav sleep in their room . they were having their tea near the kitchen. 

kartik : naira 

naira : hmm bolo 

kartik : so see kairav wants a sister so we should get to work 

naira (blushing lightly): shut up kartik one mendak is enough for me . 

kartik : but not for me see even i want a chotu sherni na 

naira : tumhara kuch nahi ho sakta 

kartik : mera toh bahut kuch ho sakta hain par tumhara kuch karna padega you are so unromantic 

naira: accha ji i am unromantic 

kartik was stopped by a sudden kiss of naira. first he was startled but later gave it in . they kissed for 25 long minutes . naira broke the kiss first. 

kartik : yeh kya tha

naira : well you called me unromantic 

kartik : ohh then i should call you unromantic every now and then 

while kartik and naira was having their cute little banter there was one person who was watching it and it was swarna . she made up a plan and went to kaira room. she saw kairav sleeping in the crib . she caressed kairav cheeks and loosened the screws of the crib and went out with an evil smirk while naira went upstairs only to find the crib falling any moment . she ran and holded the crib tightly 

naira(shouting) : kartikkkkk

while kartik hearing his screams came upstairs and was shocked to find naira holding the crib all by herself . kartik took hold of the crib and naira took kairav outside it . hopefully kairav was sleeping but not peacefully naira again patted him to sleep . she had tears in her eyes. kartik came and wiped naira's tears 

kartik : naira kairav is safe calm down 

naira : im so grateful kartik he is safe and this crib we will have to change it !

kartik : yaa now lets get ready we will have to talk to chachu also 

naira : hmm ya 

they both got ready while they were totally unknown of the fact that the crib getting loosened was not an accident but it was a plan to hurt kairav. they both went and sat with akhilesh and surekha . there was only those four in the hall . mansi thought that her family would deny so she was outside with anmol praying all to be good 

akhilesh : bolo naira kartik kya baat hain?

naira : voh chachu actually mansi loves someone 

akhilesh : ohh what really? 

kartik : haan chachu 

surekha : who is that boy ?

naira : umm actually its someone you actually might know 

surekha : whatt?? really?

akhilesh: who is it ?

kartik : chachu that is ,,,

akhilesh : that is.??

naira : chachu he is anmol rukmini dadi's grandson

surekha: whatt

naira : yaa i know mansi isnt in the age of getting married but she really loves anmol. they both love each other . they told me about it and then it told kartik. 

surekha : wait naira why are you explaining yourself?

naira : becau..

akhilsh : aree naira we agreed for the relationship!

naira : wait what?!!

surekha : haan naira hamein koi problem nahi hain infact we are happy that mansi ne khud yeh step liya . she has found her better half naira and we are happy and their wedding it can happen we dont have any problem in that .

kartik : toh chaliye mithaya baatiye meri behen shaadi kar rahi hain

while dadi swarna and manish were on the door with mansi and anmol . they both exclaimed wht happiness and ran and hugged surekha and akhilesh while swarna was not happy with the decision yet she kept a fake smile on her face. the family congratulated each other and after that the goenka's called the singhania's too and the marriage was fixed as a destination wedding to goa !!!
