Skye's POV
"Skye? Is that really you?" Simmons squeaks as she runs towards me to give me a hug.
"No, I'm a LMD of Skye." I joke trying to lighten the mood. I pull away from the hug to see May and Coulson standing inside the doors. Coulson's smiling and May's displaying her signature poker face.
"It's good to have you back Skye." May says with *gasp* a little, teeny, tiny smile twitching the corner of her lips. She gives me a quick hug because she doesn't like hugs. At. All.
"On that note," Coulson starts speaking, "where were you?" He says it with a worried look on his face.
"Well, that's a really long story, and there are other pressing matters on my agenda." I sigh and turn to look at Simmons who, don't get me wrong, looks more human-like since I last saw her. But she still has puffy, tired eyes. "How's Fitz?" I say remembering the state he was in four days ago.
Simmons jerks her head and looks up at me, "Oh my gosh Skye! You don't know!" She exclaims.
"Know what Simmons?" I say confused.
"He woke up Skye!" Simmons beams a grin spreading from ear to ear.
"That's amazing news Simmons!" I squeak and give her another hug. Before I have a chance to say another word May clears her throat.
"Skye, debrief in 20." She states as she and Coulson walk down the hall.
I roll my eyes and Simmons snickers "Copy that." I mumble in a displeased voice.
"It really is great to have you back Skye, so do you want to go visit Fitz now? We were having a little party for him when you set off the alarm." Simmons says grin still gleaming.
"Me? The party crasher? I thought that would be Hunter or Idaho." I protest jokingly.
"The mercenaries? Skye, they are no fun, but I'm sure they're just here for the money." Simmons scoffs.
"That bad huh? Well, we can talk about that later. Let's go see Fitz before I have to go to my debrief." I say linking arms with her. "Ah, it's great to be home." I think to myself as we start walking down the hall.

Helloooooo! Sorry for the short (er) chapter. I wanted to wrap up Skye being kidnapped, so I decided to make this chapter in her POV. I hope you all enjoyed it! I also want to say a big thank-you for all the reads and votes. I know I have said this before but it really does mean a lot to me.
