Chapter 15: Moving On

                                                     

                                                     [Y/n's Pov]

The moving company came to pick our stuffs from our home the next day. Little by little, our home was becoming empty. And yes, it's no longer our home. Our home is now in Busan. I sat beside the window as I was memorizing every scenery that I watched from my room for the last 16 years. 

"Jiheun, come your dad is going to start the car," Mom yelled from outside as I was the only one who was in the house.

"Yes, I'm coming." I responded. I bade farewell to that house where I spent 16 year of my life.

Vroom...vroom... My dad started the engine.

I watched my house fading away from my sight as our car was moving forward.

" Goodbye, my sweetest memories.."

Soon, our car left Seoul.

24 hours later...

The morning sun woke up after kissing the moon throughout the night. My new room which was filled with darkness before, became a bright space as my mom pulled off the curtains. She did that despite seeing that I was sleeping. Those sunlight directly attacked me without fearing anything. The sun is pretty bold. 

"Your Highness, it's time for you to wake up," Mom said with a mimicking and loud tone. 

"Mom, 5 more minutes," I mumbled. She didn't hear me as my voice was low for others to hear. My upper and lower eyelids were fighting with each other, so I couldn't open my eyes.  

"Wake up, lazy!" She said again and shook my body.

"No, mom.. 5 more minutes, I'm so tired right now."

"It's the first day of school, you can't be late today. Now, wake up!"

"Aish, ah okay, I'm wide awake now. I'm coming after dressing up," I responded as I let out a yawn. I was quite annoyed as I couldn't sleep a little longer. Waking up early for school is really a pain in ass.

After I finished preparing for school, I walked into the kitchen and saw breakfast on the table. My little sister was eating in a weird way. Seeing that, I chuckled and started eating my breakfast. 

Later, I left home for school. I walked along with the street while humming a strange melody. A tteokbokki food truck successfully diverted my attention. Seeing some students eating tteokbokki actually reminded me of that day....

Oh no, I can't think about those memories again. I've to forget them. I've to move on. I can't dwell on past forever. The past which gave me some pain.

Yeah, when I first saw him, my heart felt uneasy. After spending some time with you  and getting to know you more, I felt exhilarated. I felt exhilarated to know that there is much more than this, than my tiny little insignificant world.

But after hearing your cruel words, my tiny insignificant world crumbled into pieces. But I have to build that world again. As I have to move on, As I have to  stop loving you.

Yeah, I will move on and never bother you ever again...
