Sai glared at his brother. "I'll do no such thing." Shin had grey hair and charcoal grey irises. The older man raised a single brow at his little brother. "It's sad that you think that, because I wasn't asking. It's an order. We will have police crawling all over because of that little sweetheart of yours." He said mockingly.
Sai narrow his eyes. "Maybe it's a misunderstanding. Or a set up made by you.” He accused with a glare. His brother was notorious for having people set up. “You've never liked her from the start." The young alpha accused.
Shin roughly pushed the tablet towards his brother that had the surveillance cameras on it, showing a video clip of Dawn in the beta's office. "Then explain what she’s been doing in my office." He growled and played the clip again for Sai to take a good look at it. The video showed Dawn opening drawers and looking through shelves. "If you don't do something about it, then trust me I'll take great pleasure in doing so myself." He threatened, a sneer on his face.
Sai could not let that happen. "Alright I'll handle it." Shin smirked at his brother. "Good. I knew you would see it my way. Let me know when it's done." He dismissed.

Naruto watched as Neji turned out the bathroom light then walked in the direction of the huge closet. He could hear him rummaging around for a few minutes before emerging, carrying a small blue futon. "I can sleep on the floor..,” he remarked solemnly, not even with a hint of smirk.
It had been somewhat disquieting since lunchtime and it didn't help that Neji was gone most of the afternoon leaving his parents to look after him.
Naruto stared into lavender orbs, seeing conflict riding high in them. "Don't be ridiculous." He sighed. "This is your home. I can't have you sleeping on the floor." The younger said. He would insist on sleeping on the floor himself, but they both knew if he did there would be no way of him getting back up. “I'm sorry." He sniffled, his hormones taking a turn once more.
Neji gave a very small smile knowing that in spite of everything, Naruto would never allow him to do that. He reached out again. "It's okay. I just need you to suppress your curiosity right now." It was apparent that he didn't want to elaborate or talk about the situation close at hand. When Naruto had asked about Sakura, Neji promptly shut him down with the explanation that he wasn't at liberty to discuss it. And even though it was apparent that the brunette had made the mistake of mentioning that she was dead, the only thing he could possibly think of was that it was a gruesome discovery.
Naruto moved to lay his hands on top of the paler's that were splayed delicately over the home of the twins. Since he revealed his suspicions about Sai, Neji’s protective auroa was all over the place so much so that his father mentioned it as soon as they walked into the house. Naruto could never relate having never been a detective himself or witnessed any crime scenes personally except having only seen those in the movies. “Okay." Was all he said and Neji's face instantly released the hidden stress.
"Thank you." His voice was barely audible but the calmness was there, a calmness that he hadn't seen all day.
"I'll be staying home for awhile." The older announced. It was something his uncle suggested in light of what the department knew about the Haruno's murder and evidence that the kingpin was possibly close. “So, I was thinking that maybe we could put a nursery in one of the bedrooms upstairs. We could go shopping to pick out paint." Naruto knew he wanted to change the subject, desperately trying to put them on a different topic.
"Neji that would be too much. I'm practically invading you home.
"Nonsense." He looked at him with furrowed brows. "Remember I told you that you and the babies always have a home here." He said dryly. "Besides, I already have some colors in mind." He winked.
