(I used Strawberry Avalanche by Owl City as a reference, seeing as it could fit the owl house series)

A filial voice fills the room, singing me to sleep, this whom which I owe for everything, and my entrance to Hexside.

"This is a world of dreams, and reverie, Where I felt the stars explode around me."
Then, he belted the lyrics on the next line of the song
"A grass blade flashed with a gleam As it slashed open a moon gleam, Then I stared back breathlessly."

He carried me in his arms as I cuddle my way to sleep.
"As mountains of fruit tumbled out I barely had a chance to shout, A strawberry avalanche, Crashed over me."
From that last line, he drew a circle and a magical lyre appeared, accompanied by various instruments, turning it into a musical lullaby.

"Staying awake that night was rather harsh, deep in a sleeping bag in your backyard, when we woke up buried alive beneath the fruity landslide, We both laughed hysterically."

I yawned as my eyes were getting heavier.
"It could've been another dream, but I swear I heard you scream, A Strawberry Avalanche crashed over me."

"(This is a world of dreams)
(And reverie)
(When I felt the stars)
(Explode)
(Around me)"
As the melody and the instruments vanished, I fell asleep in his arms, my tiny body barely the size of a gryphons leg, he quickly tucked me in a soft mattress.

The last thing I heard was the door being shut close.

Rufus' P. O. V

"Thank you for tucking our little boy to bed, Rufus, he's been dreading from Nightmares."

"Anything for family, and my nephew." I reassured my sister in law, who was Korril's mother.

"I'm always happy to help, seeing as I don't have children of my own." I rubbed my neck as I told the obvious truth.

"Say, what happened to you and that Lilith girl you always liked?" My younger brother, Korril's father, asked me.

I looked down and sighed, "She... Wanted to find her own way, and join the Emperor's Coven, meanwhile, I'm mixed up with the Bards Coven."

"I've never really... I thought..... We.... I'm sorry." I stuttered explaining my complicated history with Lilith.

"Well, our little boys need sleep now, tomorrow is Korril's 1st day at Hexside Academy." Korril's mom reminded me.

"Oh, yeah, speaking of, I hope you didn't influenced him enough to join the Bard Track." My brother jokingly laughed

"Let him choose who he wants, if he's happy about it, don't ruin it for them."
I gave my brother an advice, seeing as he's from the Construction Coven, meanwhile I was a filial Bard from the Bard Coven, we don't always see eye to eye when it comes to our abilities.

"Well, I should be going, I have to play my songs on my empty house." I packed my guitar and was about to leave.

"Wait, don't you want to stay a while?"

"Yeah, Troll's Gin is still cold, have a few bottles." My brother offered me a cold one.

"I could never say no to a drink."
