Fixing the broken (Tsukishima x Reader) [DISCONTINUED]

Chapter 6

The tall blonde boy you found out was Tsukishima walked up to you and looked down to you. "I gotta question. What's the reason you don't like to talk?" He asks his eyes curious yet cold.

You look at him still emotionless and sign. {Cause I don't like to, Hinata just said that did he not?}

He looks at you not believing that. Before he can question any further Nishinoya asks a question.  "Y/n Hinata said that you were his sibling right."

Tsukishima annoyed face showed he was still curious. Although he turns around and walks over to the green haired boy Yamaguchi.

You look to Nishinoya and nod. "Really I didn't know he had a sibling." Hinata steps forward and excitedly says. "Actually I have 2 Y/n and our little sister Natsu!" Hinata smiles brightly.

"I feel bad for your mother. Boke here is enough trouble as it is." A boy with black hair and piercing blue eyes stated. You remembered he said his name was Kageyama.

You looked over to Hinata a little curious. -Do they not know Hinata's adopted or that he's Ukai and Takeda's son.-

Hinata just looked back and shook his head a little. You made a mental note to ask him later.

"Sorry guys but it's time to get back to practice." "My apologies y/n but we do have to continue." Daichi said smiling at you, so you looked at him and nodded.

You watch as the group rushes back to the court and start passing some volleyballs to each other. You walk over to where Ukai is standing and he gives you a small smile.

{Can you use sign language too?} You sign to him and he nods. "Yep, I can. I didn't know you could too though!" His smiling face calms you a little.

No one could see it, but when all the volleyball boys were talking to you, you were scared. Having Hinata there helped a bit and you were surprised. -I've already gotten so comfortable with my new family. I actually feel... safe around them.-

You were confused with how easily they had broken down the walls you had built up throughout your whole life. It had only been a day.

Ukai snaps you out of your thoughts. "Oh y/n I forgot to give you these! I got them from the store this morning."

He rummages through his duffel bag and pulls out 2 note pads, high lighters and some pencils. (coloured and normal)

"I had originally brought 2 for just volleyball but you can also use one of them for talking! That way you can talk to someone without signing!"

You looked at the materials he gave you and a slight smile graced your lips. Ukai's eyes widened and his smile grew immensely.

One of the note books were f/c and the other was 2/f/c.

You set down the 2/f/c one and wrote ^Thank you! How did you know my 2 favourite colours?^

He looked at you and rubs the back of his neck. "I just grabbed the same colours as the clothes you were wearing yesterday." You look at him and smiled a little brighter.

You hadn't even realized you were smiling till he says. "You should smile more often it suits you."

You look at him a little shocked then put back on your emotionless face. Ukai gives a small frown at that. "I said you should smile more not stop smiling."

His frown turned into a pouty face. You couldn't help but let out a small chuckle at how weird he looked. He had his huge smile back on his face in seconds.

"Hey wait, do you even know anything about volleyball?!?" Ukai asks a little panicked.

You nodded to him and signed. {yes I do know how to play. It's the only sport I know cause my mom played it before she left. She is famous now and father would watch her then get mad. But before she left she would teach me.}

Ukai looked at you confused. "I thought you told the officer you didn't have any other family."

{I don't count her as family after she left me with him. She knew what he was like but still left me behind. Besides that there's also the fact she was a bitch.}

Ukai balled his hands into fist and his eyes showed how furious he was. He only nodded at that statement. He knew if he spoke the boys would know something was wrong.

They had all started to do practice serves, while Nishinoya was on the other side of the net to receive them.

As you watched you noticed things that each one of the boys could work on. You quickly sat down and grabbed the 2/f/c note book and a pencil.

You had completely forgotten that you were just talking to Ukai and started writing. You wrote each person's name 3 pages apart from the others.

Then you flipped through it and wrote down what each person was doing wrong and right. You had amazing eyes for people's movements, emotions, and positioning cause of your dad.

You also had great strategic and game Intel from your mother.

Ukai was reading over your shoulder and was shocked at how you had already gathered so much information from just one glance at each person.

He didn't say anything because he didn't want you to lose your train of thought.

After putting in their strengths and weaknesses, you had already started to work on ways they could overcome those weaknesses. As well you had put in some conditioning/practice routines specific for each player.

After about 10 minutes of writing you had managed to find ways to improve each player.

You only stopped because Hinata had run over to you. You looked up from the note book to see what he wanted. "Hey y/n we're going to play a fun practice match. We were wondering if you and the managers wanted to join. Suga is asking Kiyoko and Yachi."

You looked at Hinata then at Ukai for permission. He nodded and said. "Ok but you gotta let me read what you put in the notebook! Deal."

You nodded handing him the 2/f/c notebook. "Alright this is going to be so much fun!" Hinata yelled and ran to the court.
