Maya exhaled as she was laying in Josh's arms in a hammock while both the kids were asleep.
Having Josh's parents around for just awhile was very nice even if their visit had to be cut short.
When Eric got an emergency back in Washington, Amy and Alan drove through to find out what it was bothering their oldest.
Giving Maya and Josh some time alone with their children it made it very easy to know what their tricks would be.
"People can say what they want. But I love how you can just lay in the backyard of Manhattan looking at the stars. It's not foggy and beautiful," Maya said as Josh looked at his wife.
"It is. It's insane actually. Jace is 3 months old. Out of newborn stage. Kayden is turning 4 in two months and next month is our 3 year anniversary. It's crazy," Josh said.
"But nice," Maya said as Josh laid a kiss on her head.
Even if the young couple was far away from their family and friends they've managed to survive.
Going back inside the house Maya went through the mail as she spot a wedding invitation while looking at her husband.
"Okay better have your tuxedo ready," Maya said.
"Why?" Josh asked.
"Well... 'Come and witness the marriage of Joseph Smith and Sophia Hangworth on Saturday, 1 October 2022 at the Central Park Arena. You are officially invited to the wedding of the following people. ALL AGES are welcome. RSVP.' Joseph and Sophia are officially getting married and I think they want the kids there as well," Maya said.
"What's stopping us to go then? Do you think Jace will be difficult?" Josh asked.
"He'll be like six months then. I doubt it will be a problem. Kayden is their godchild. I think they want him there and that we should go as a family," Maya said.
"Let's go then," Josh said.
