Maya smiled looking at the bundle of joy in Sophia's arms. On July, 4th, 2023 little Joey decided to surprise Sophia and Joseph while both were not close to expecting any of what was about to happen. Rushing with her to the hospital Maya was unsure whether or not everything would go according to Sophia's plans about her birth. But luckily just when the right just me came, Joseph came storming into the birthing ward in time for his baby boy to be born.
"You probably can't feel a thing right now. How does it feel? You're Mama Sophia," Maya said smiling at the woman.
"Absolutely amazing. Thank you, Maya. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me," Sophia said.
"I have to thank you as well. If it wasn't for you and Josh's well communication I would have missed the birth of my son," Joseph said.
"We're welcome to help, Joe. Luckily he was born healthy," Josh said resting his hand on Maya's shoulder.
"Amazing how someone changes your life," Sophia said looking down at the bundle.
"I have to do something," Maya said as she went down the hall.
She knew she had to talk to Riley at some point but she had postponed it for so long she didn't know what was possible to even happen just yet. She shook her head as she got her phone out dialing the number knowing what she was letting herself in for.
"Are you trying to wake Macy up?!" Riley asked in a soft-yell voice.
"Sorry, Riles. Is she having some sleep troubles?" Maya asked.
"She? She? Me and Mason hasn't slept in weeks," Riley said as Maya smiled.
"We need to talk as soon as possible. Can I come and see you tomorrow?" Maya asked.
"Sure," Riley said.
"See you then."

Maya smiled holding the little Macy in her arms as she was fast asleep sucking on her pacifier while she saw as Riley put tea down on the table shaking her head.
"She's so quiet with you. Must be a magical touch. How did Soph's birth go?" Riley asked and Maya smiled at the sight of her best friend getting along with Sophia.
"She's good. Um the reason why I'm here is that Lucas came to see me after Macy's birth and it seems like he's getting married on New Years Eve. He invited me, Josh and the kids," Maya said.
"I don't have a problem with it, Maya. I'm engaged. He can marry whoever he wants," Riley said.
"I just wanted to let you know," Maya said.
"Thank you. I know you'll always look out for me," Riley said.
