But one day, Levi had taken it too far by suggesting something that would soon lead to his demise. He thought it would've benefit himself and you too in the end, but only the insane would think that.

"(Name), let's play a game. " Levi said with maliciousness glinting in his pupils but he hid it well with boredom.

"What kind?" You asked with a bit of excitement.

"The 'work' game. " he said as nonchalantly as possible.

"If that's your way of saying I'll be home late everyday from now on, it needs working on. " you said with a pout gracing your lips.

With that, Levi celebrated triumph inwardly, trying oh-so-hard to conceal the twisted smile behind the emotionless facade. The plan is working. He thought naively.
