Nathan's pov:
I felt too tired to look back if Skyler was following me. I knew he wasn't going to. I heard David calling my name as we went to our dorm. "Nathan is something bothering you? You've been silent the whole time. You didn't even say anything when Violet won. What happened?" I just looked at him not able to speak up. When we entered the room, I glanced at the guitar kept next to my bed. "D-don't worry about it. I'll be back in a few minutes. You can sleep if you want. Bye." That's all I could say before leaving the room with my guitar.

I rushed to the dorm's terrace and sat myself on the edge of the terrace, trying my best not to fall. I felt the cold breeze moving gently through my hair. It was gentle and calming. I felt myself calming down as my hand moved to the strings of the guitar. I began to play the chords of the song Visions of Gideon. I felt my tears falling on the guitar strings.

A very familiar smell of cigarettes and strawberries floated around me. I knew I was hallucinating. The smell became stronger as my hands on guitar tightened. The chords became rough and strong. "What are you doing Nathan? You never come here yourself. And playing guitar on terrace? That's not you baby. That's so not you. What happened?" The voice...the voice of that boy who made my heart strings tingle. I looked to my side when I felt Skyler taking a seat next to me.

"Skyler...leave me alone please. I don't feel like talking right now." Skyler looked at me smiling. He glanced at the Serendipity keychain that swinged by the hook of my guitar. He took it in his hands and kissed it. I didn't know what he was hinting at. "Baby. My mom always says. Things change. Times change. But one thing remains the same. And that is the ability to communicate. As long as you hold the ability to communicate, everything is supposed to be okay. Don't let any thought build up in your head, sugar. Just tell me what's wrong." Skyler said.

I knew I had to let out. I kept the guitar aside and opened my phone. I showed him the picture and he glanced at me with a sad smile. He didn't speak and just looked at the view from the terrace. "Got anything to say about this?" I asked. "That's Gary Williams. He was my ex-boyfriend. Back in my old school, we were together for two years. Two years yet I didn't know he was working for a porn company. For two years I was unaware of the videos and pictures he secretly sold. I was unaware of our intimate moments being exposed in exchange of money. Gary had a brother. Just a year older than him. If it's not clear yet, Toby is the name. Yeah. The Toby we have in Starlight." I was stunned at the explanation Skyler gave. He continued.

"The day I came across Gary's laptop, every tape and picture was stored in it. I broke up with him on the same day. I broke his laptop in anger. When I left my old school, I realized Toby was studying here. For a month, Toby always bullied me in and out of the school. That's why I avoided staying in the dorms. I stayed absent most of the time for a month, till you showed up. You were the reason I started coming back more to school. Toby stopped bullying me since he mostly saw me with either you guys or Violet at least. I guess he still didn't stop bullying me indirectly...." Skyler was in tears now. And I was too. I couldn't help but hug him tightly. "Don't trust others like this baby. Sometimes they just want to see you unhappy. Don't let them get what they want." His words made me cry even more. "O-okay. I'm sorry Sky. I'm so so sorry. I shouldn't have been so hard-headed to you. I just couldn't think about anything else when I saw this picture. I just didn't want to lose you. I felt so scared..." I said not being able to control my cries.

"Shush baby. Calm down. I understand. It happens. Next time...always talk to me first. Okay? Hmm?" I nodded. "Can you come to our dorm room today? David must be asleep by now. We can cuddle in my bed if you don't mind. I just don't want to let you go back to your apartment now." I asked him wanting him to stay more. Skyler didn't say anything. He just put his legs inside the terrace surface and got up. I took the guitar in my hands again. I felt myself being picked up. I yelped as Skyler took me in his arms, with my legs around his torso and one arm around his neck with other one engaged in holding the guitar.

"I can walk....S-Sky." I felt my cheeks heat up at his gesture. "I don't want you to." His reply made me blush even more as I leaned my head on his forehead. He literally took me to the dorms like this. Oh my god! Everyone's watching. Oh boy-- is our security guard smirking!? Oh my god is anyone seeing this....what does he think!

We went to the dorm and Skyler opened the door. Still smiling at me. I was blushing madly. I knew. I just hope David isn't awake. Please. "I see you're back. Needed your Daddy for calming you down huh?" I heard David's voice as my eyes widened. Oh god no!! "Shut up David. Don't make him shy even more than he already is. I liked teasing him though. I got him here just like this all the way through terrace and dorm hallways." Skyler chuckled at my shy state. Oh god these two! David raised his hands in defence.

We freshened up a little, David was too generous to lend his pyjamas to Skyler. It was comfy. We both got to cuddling on my bed as David was scrolling on his phone almost sleepy. It wasn't that late. It was just around 9 PM. But everyone was tired because of the contest. It made me think of Violet. She was surprisingly too silent the whole time. I didn't know what was wrong. But that feeling of fear again built up in my heart. It made me nervous. "Why are you so tensed baby?" Skyler spooned me even more. "Nothing Sky. Just kinda worried about Violet. She was super silent the whole time." "You're right. Maybe she was just too tired to even celebrate. Cooking must have been tiring." I nodded and cuddled to him even more.

No one's pov:
Suddenly David's phone rang. He saw his girlfriend calling him. Nathan and Skyler couldn't help but look at the boy. When David answered the call, he heard the girl shuddering and huffing with sniffles. "Babe calm down. I'm coming okay? Stay right there. I'll call Morris too. Nathan and Skyler are with me here." David said. Nathan and Skyler looked at each other as they felt like something was wrong.

David ended the call and glanced at the boys getting up in hurry. "Guys let's go to the girl's dorm.. Violet fainted in the bathroom. Vonnie said she's bleeding too. Let's go." At this Nathan felt his heart shattering. He didn't want this to happen. Both the other boys got up in hurry and left the room hurriedly.

They left to Morris's and Urban's room. "Morris! Urban! Open up please." Skyler was impatient and so he banged on the door furiously. Morris opened the door in seconds to see his three male friends waiting out worriedly. Urban came up behind Morris too. "What's wrong guys?!" "We have got to rush to Violet's dorm. David got a call from Vonnie. She said Vi's unconscious and she's bleeding. I'm fucking worried let's just please leave ASAP. Come on!" Skyler shouted. The boys left the room running to the girl's side of the dorm.

When David opened the girl's dorm door with extra keys, he came across horrifying cries of his girlfriend. Lucy was mewling in the living room looking at the corridor of the bathroom. The five boys ran to the bathroom to find an unflinching sight. "Fuck..." Morris muttered.The boys felt their hearts break as Nathan's cried now mixed with those of Veronica's.
