The Home-visit Week special~

(This series would be written in No one's pov only)

After the friends left for the dorms again, the week went pretty normal. Everyone packed their bags for the Home-Visit week. They had to meet all of their parents. Everyone already informed their parents that they would come with their friends for dinners or brunches. As Saturday made its way...the friends were ready with their stuff to leave for the first house. It was Nathan's. Nathan's mom and dad lived with his grandmother in a very calm and peaceful house.

When the friends got down from the public bus close to their lane, they fell in love with the aesthetic area. "Woah Nathan this neighborhood is so beautiful. It's so cute!" Veronica gushed. "Well I think you would like my house even more then. My mom loves gardening. The entire patio and backyard is filled with flowers and creepers." Nathan giggled. "I'd love to see. Come on!" Violet grabbed her soulmate's and Morris's hand dragging them to the direction of the house. Nathan stopped them in front of a beautiful little house. Like he had said, it was covered with beautiful flowers and creepers around the patio and backyard. They opened the tiny garden gate and stood at the porch of the house. Urban ringed the bell going back behind Nathan. "Just a second..coming."
They heard from inside.

The door opened revealing a sweet middle-aged woman smiling widely at the group. "Natty baby! Finally you came! Dad's been pacing around the hall waiting for you." The woman giggled and pulled her son in a tight hug. "Mom how's he so excited all the time huh? It's cute!" Nathan giggled on the woman's shoulder. "Oh my- you did get so many friends! Hey guys!" Everyone yelled greetings to the woman. "We love your house a lot ma'am." Urban said. "Oh come on. Drop the honorifics." She giggled and continued.

"Matt! Nathan and his friends are here. Come on in you guys. Take a seat." Everyone huddled in the living room and took a seat on the couches and chairs. An equally middle-aged man entered the room. It was clear how Nathan was a spilting image of his mother but taking honey-tan skin like his father. "Oh Nathan. I've missed you so much." The man pulled his son up from the chair and hugged him tight. The boy snuggled in his dad's embrace. "Dad...it's just been a few months. Barely a semester. But I have missed you too!" They pulled away and the parents took seats as well.

"So...the brunch will be ready in an hour or so. Till then I'd like to know more about you all. I have seen a few pictures of you and Natty so I know you all by your names. But I'd like to know what you guys are upto!" Mrs. Smith grinned at the group. Everyone gave her a smile. "Darling let them settle down first. Then we'll talk." Mr. Smith chuckled at his excited wife. He took her hand in his when he sensed his wife pouting. "I'm sorry. But they must be tired right? Let them get comfy." He kissed his wife's knuckles and chuckled when she blushed looking away from the group. Everyone awed at the couple. They were indeed getting a little old but their love was still young and gentle. It was sweet.

Mrs. Smith went to the kitchen to get them something to drink when Nathan sensed his boyfriend fidgeting. Skyler was indeed scared about the fact that he would have to introduce himself as Nathan's boyfriend to his friends. He has to keep his hands to himself the whole time...not being too obvious. Nathan caught the nervousness and slipped his hands behind the boy on his back, rubbing the thumb and fingers lightly on his boyfriend's back. He could feel Skyler relax. Mr. Smith caught this act and smiled to himself. He felt that a bit of teasing wouldn't hurt. "So...Natty....have you found someone yet? Perhaps a partner?" The man smirked. Everyone was a bit nervous at this question...not knowing how he would take the information of his son being gay. "I mean...perhaps a boyfriend?" Mr. Smith chuckled loudly.
