• the first time he ever witnessed you having one it made him freak out

• poor sweetheart didn't know or understand what was happening, all he knew was his sweet (y/n) seemed stressed and started crying

• you'll have to explain what was happening after you calm down but he'll 100% understand

• he gets overwhelmed sometimes too! the sawyer house isn't exactly the most calming and quietest places after all

• he'll do his very best to stay calm and help you

• just let him know that you're starting to feel overwhelmed or that you need some quiet time

• he'll drop any and everything and take you to your shared room and cuddle with you while babbling loving words of praise until you have calmed down completely
