I woke up with Sunstreaker curled up against my back. His arm loosely over my waist. "Awake?" He muttered. He tried to sound annoyed, but hearing his voice, I heard he was just awake himself. I grasped his hand, I didn't want him to get up just yet. I had expected him to get up and leave, but he didn't. It's odd for him, but I am glad he wanted to stay a little longer.
I closed my eyes and snoozed, just like Sunstreaker. "I think we need to get your arm fixed..." he muttered, rubbed over my bicep. "Yeah, I know. I was planning to visit a doctor anyway..." I muttered back. Sunstreaker shifted and rolled on his back. I did the same and stared at the ceiling. "I think we need to get up..." he murmured and jawed. I groaned and looked him in the eyes.
A smile pulled on his lips. Gosh I missed to see him smile at me. "And they say I have a morning mood..." he snorted amused. I rested my head on his shoulder. "I just want to lay in bed with you all day..." I muttered. "I am sure we can do that once, but not today." He freed himself from me and got up. "Fine..."
I slid out of bed as well and dressed up. "Shall I make some breakfast?" He asked as he grabbed his shirt. "You want to make breakfast?" I asked. "You don't trust me?" He asked. I bit my lip and shook my head. "No... that's not the problem." I sat him down. "Why don't you stay here and I make some breakfast?" I asked. He raised a brow. "Sky—" I already left and looked around before I grabbed a few things. I rushed to get it done as fast as possible. "How do you expect the eggs to cook without fire?" Sunstreaker asked as he turned on the fire. I sighed and looked him in the eyes. "What's wrong? Why are you in a rush? I can cook, really. I may not be a chef, but doesn't mean I can't cook an egg or pancakes!" He snorted and pushed me aside with his hips.
"Go upstairs and get dressed." It wasn't an order. He demanded it. I ran upstairs and rushed to finish as quick as possible. When I came down, Sunstreaker had already made some food. "That's a record time..."
I pecked his cheek and held his hips, looking at what he was doing. "You're ten times more cuddly..." he responded to my clinchy behavior. I blushed and quickly let go of his hips. I just wanted to kick everybody out of the house and have Sunstreaker all for myself.Sunstreaker and I sat down at the kitchen table. While Sunstreaker was still chewing his first bite, I had already swallowed four bites. He lowered the fork and watched me. "Seriously... are we in a rush?" He asked. "Yes, we are."
He raised a brow, "why?" He popped some scrambled eggs in his mouth. "Before everyone wakes and heads down, we have left.""I don't want my stepfather to see you... or touch you."
"Ah, that's the problem." He relaxed and shrugged his shoulders. "You don't get it..." I grumbled and looked down at the plate. "You'd like to explain to me then?" He asked without glancing at me. I sucked in a breath, "he hates you... like, he really hates you and I am afraid that he will harm you again.""Why would he do that? Optimus approved, and so did Lennox." I sighed, looking down at the table. "Yeah... you're probably right," I muttered. I looked at him as he popped some food in his mouth again. My eyes landed on his perfect shaped lips for a moment. The lips I had kissed briefly once he was in a stasis lock. Should I tell him? There's fifty percent change he'll get mad at me and be disgusted and fifty percent change he takes the news nicely.
"Why are you staring at me?"
I jolted up from my daydream and questions. "What? No, I was just thinking." He raised a brow again. "About what this time? Me?" He joked. I laughed it off and rolled my eyes, quickly finishing my food. As Sunstreaker finished too, he gestured to me to come over.
He smoothly pulled me on his lap and grabbed my arm to have a good glance at it. I felt his hot breath fan down my body and it made me shiver. His arms wrapped around my waist and tightened. "What's going on in your mind? Al the blushing and touching..." he purred. "I am just happy to have you back."
He hummed and kissed my neck before he released me. I helped him clean up and shortly after we finished, my mom and stepfather came down. I grabbed Sunstreaker's hand and pushed him in the garage,— locking the door. They looked at me. "Where is Su—" I cut my mom off. "He left... he's gone."
I looked in the narrowed eyes of my stepfather. He clenched his jaws together and shot me a glare before heading into the kitchen. My mom gave me a brief hug before following my dad. I opened the garage door and faced a 'not so pleased Sunstreaker' with crossed arms. "Where's your alt-mode?"
"I can't change back yet..."
"Then we take my car..." I snitched the keys off the wooden shelf next the front door and hopped in. "I hope your driving improved at least a little bit."
"I am a good driver..." he gave na familiar 'really' which made me grimace a little. "It improved... I guess."
I left the garage and hit the road. "Don't ever lock me up again!" He snapped after a tensed silence. "I don't want him to see you, I don't want him to even mention your name.""I can defend myself! I don't need a human for that!" He snapped. "Yeah well, last time I check you failed at defending yourself! Or did you forgot!" I snapped back. "Don't snap at me, human! Humans are primitive life form! That mech will never touch or hurt me again because next time he's dead meat!"
"So they can throw you on Diego Garcia and I will never see you again? Is that what you mean?" I stopped the car next the road and stared at him. "You have no right to tell me what to do or not! I don't tolerate dominant human mechs. You're the one running off for eight day!" He snapped.
"Yes! Because he hit me! Twice!"
There fell a silence. "He hit you?" I drove off again. "Didn't you hear saying me the first time..." I grumbled. "Why did he hit you, Skylar?" He asked. "Because... he hates you... he told he should have shot you through the head and next time he sees you... he will."
Sunstreaker sucked in a breath and leaned back in the leather seat of the black SUV.
