Phil met Wilbur when he (Phil) was 15 and Wilbur was 5.
Phil met Techno when he (Phil) was 18 and techno was 5.
Phil met Tommy when he (Phil) was 24 and Tommy was 7.
And they lived together u til Wilbur left with Sally when he was 18, so 4 years after Tommy joined the family. Techno came and went as he pleased over the years and Tommy ran away at thirteen, that's when he met Tubbo.
