🦋 DETENTION 🦋
Umbridge refuses to teach all students how to perform Defense spells, and before long, Fudge appoints her High Inquisitor of Hogwarts, giving her the authority to inspect all faculty members and evaluate their skills.
Me ,Harry, Hermione, and Ron form their own Defense Against the Dark Arts group, also known as the D.A., or Dumbledore’s Army. Twenty-five other students sign up, and they meet as often as possible to learn and practice Defense spell.
That night Draco told me he joined Inqustorial squard, for extra credit. I didn't told him about D.A. We all practices and meet up in Room of requirement everyday. Until one during practiseing, there was crack on the wall which had formed a small hole in there.
Harry went to see it but he quickly moved from the small hall. What we saw next was, the wall was fall apart and Umbitch was standing there with Inqustorial squard, Draco was pulling Cho Chang collar and make her standing infront of us. Draco was grinning, but when he saw me he's stopped grinning and loocked shocked to me. By the look of his face I can say that he didn't Expected it.
Later Umbitch ordered them to lead us to her office. Before leaving for umbridge office, everyone is giving cho death glare and disgusted look. When we are walking to her office. Draco pulled me into an empty classroom.
"Why'd you didn't told me about it?". He asked angrily.
"If I told you about it you will definitely told Umbitch about it". I said angrily at him.
"So you're saying, you didn't trust me". He said to me disappointed. I didnt said anything. I put my head down avoiding his gaze.
Soon I walked out of classroom and quickly joined my friends to head to Umbitch office. Soon Draco come up behind me. Thank goodness they didn't realise I was not there a few minute ago.
When we entered her office, all we saw pink everywhere, cats etc. She asked us who idea it was while making her tea. Harry blamed himself. He told her its was his idea.
But before she could say anything. I spoke up " It's wasn't his idea. Its was my idea. I convinced him to make D.A. It's not his fault". Everyone is shocked. While Umbitch giving me her innocent smile.
"Miss.L/N, one of our bright student. How about we have little chat". She said smiling at me. She dismissed all other students.
Its was just Me and her."Now, Miss.L/N, your punishment was, you have to write few lines for me". She said while giving me quill.
"Without ink, how am I suppose to write". I asked her.
"Oh, dear, you want need a ink". She said smiling.
"But what I have to write". I asked annoyed.
"I must not go behind my Professor". She said smiling. With that I started writing, half way on my writing a string of pain I feel in my hands. Words engraved in my hand as I felt pain in there. I didn't want her to give the satisfaction that its hurting me. So I sat there pretending it's doesn't hurt me. I write few more line. Until she dismissed me. I quickly walked out of her office, tears pooling in my eyes. I put my head down and made my way directly to my dorm.
On my way I saw Marcus who was talking to some girl. He saw me and he opened his mouth to say something but quickly turned into another corridor.
After all this month of ignoring me he suddenly want to talk to me. I finally reached my dorm and made my way to bathroom. I turned on shower and sat on the floor. Silently sobbing. I quickly changed into comfortable clothes. And I put some bandages on my hand and went to bed for some sleep. I skipped dinner that day.
But when I woke up next morning, I see flowers, my favourite cake, sweets around my bed a small smile forming in my face. I sat up in my bed and took shower and changed into my school uniform and put robes, packed my bag. I put some new bandages in my hand. And walked out of dorm. I quickly ran towards the great hall to see my bestfriends Harry, Hermione and Ron, twins, Ginny, Neville and Luna.
"Chickens"I shouted loudly running towards Gryffindor table to my bestfriendsnd where they sat. All heads turn towards me.
Everyone looking at me. When I reached to my bestfriends. I was panting heavily.
"You okay, Y/N/N?" .Ron asked me.
"Of course, after seeing my bestfriends. I feel completely fine". I said while sitting between Harry and Ron while making my breakfast.
"Y/N/N, you didn't have to do that what you did yesterday, you took blame on yourself. Why?". Harry asked me looking concerned and looking carefully to my hands .
"Because, you already have got enough detention with her and I don't you to suffer one more. You're my bestfriend Harry. after all what are bestfriend for". I said giving him a wink.
"She I told you guys she's brave enough to deal with umbridge". Hermione said to me pointing at my hands while I stuck my tounge at her.
"Y/N/N, if you couldn't able to finish the cake and sweets. I can help, you know that right". Ron said to me drinking his orange juice.
"of course, but first. If you help distributing half of sweets to first years". I said to him.
"Y/N/N, you always do that". Ron said whining.
"Come on, Ron. Let's go. I will meet you guys later". I said to them while taking Ron hands and took him with me.
After giving chocolate and sweet and flowers to first years we made our way to class. I saw Draco on my way with his goons but I ignored him and walked away with Ron.
