Chapter 5:

"Didn't you stare first, kitten? I'm not a laser pointer." He laughed as he this time, walked around me in circles. "Oh god, did I turn into a laser pointer?" My tone turned into a mimicky tone, mocking his ridiculous cat costume.

"No, you just look stunning as always." Blush rose to my cheeks and I hid it with stormy starting rain, which 'made me sniffle'. "Oh come on Corvina, crows, cats..." He came up close to me and whispered in my ear, "Same thing."

"Do you ever stop flirting?" The bug spoke from behind me while struggling under stormy.

"And do you ever shut up?" She looked appalled, "It's the truth. Take my advice from earlier about ladybug's if you want out of this mess, if not stormy can just electrocute you." Chat kept staring at me.

"You're villain side is one of your best, Corvina." I curtsied and rolled my eyes, "Oh come on, you know you love me m'lady."

"No, no I don't." My voice turned back to monotone, staring at him as it rained.

"That's what you think, but is it the truth? No, never was. You can continue to hide your feelings," He lowered his tone, "But I know the truth, purrincess."

"Oh, really? Hm, okay." Just then Volpina dropped in, "Ah, is the fox not that sly anymore?" She looked annoyed and just rolled her eyes.

"Do you want me to tell him? Everything you said earlier, I can ruin this whole game you have going on." She whispered, "The love game, that is. I'm sure the cat would love to know." I charged at her with my scythe, leaving a rip in her costume and blood rushing to the surface.

"As I said, don't bring other people into our battles. We all know I'm way stronger than you and your illusions, you were always fake. Have fun with that wound. Leave the cat alone or I'll tell Nathalie about April 17th at 9:38 am." Her eyes widen in shock, trying desperately to get up.

"You wouldn't dare do that!" A magical laugh escaped my lips.

"But yes I would." I fired a throwing knife with bad luck, she was hit with it and immediately fell over. "I'm a lot more dangerous than you think, Volpina."

The cat looked over to the girl who was limping away, "What exactly just happened?" I turn to him as I wiped some blood off my lip.

"Someone who thought hurting my feelings was worth it or funny. Luckily she didn't pull the "it's a joke!!" card but it still hurts, she was going to most likely tell you a bunch of lies. She's never been like this with me, until it came to a guy of course." I felt a hand on my shoulder, he was right next to me.

"Although I don't know what happened, what you did was pretty awesome. The commentary, the knife and scythe usage. Perfect." Just then the bug escaped Stormy's grasp, I lunged with my scythe. Marking her shoulder, who knows maybe I could turn chat to the fun side?
