"No." I said and watched Keith's face fall. God this was too entertaining. I couldn't help the snigger that escaped my lips at his reaction. Keith looked even more hurt.

"I guess this is what it feels like huh?" He said, trying to play it off slightly. He was about to walk away from me before I reached for his wrist and pulled him against me kissing him softly.

"I refuse to date you." I smiled. He looked up at me with pure confusion and still a slight lingering look of guilt and upset. "However, my mullet headed friend, I'm going to ask you one more time. Would you do me the favour of becoming my beautiful mullet headed boyfriend?" I whispered, showing off a perfect seductive tone, just to rub in the fact that he couldn't do one. He blushed a deep crimson and buried his face in my chest, gripping onto the blue and white top I wore.

"Damn you McClain, you had me there." He cried, the two of us chuckling at what we had just caused each other. He leant up to kiss me and I kissed him back. "gladly." He said after some time of just standing in each others company. "Only under one condition." He smiled slyly.

"Name your price." I offered, only making him smile more.

"I get to be top." He winked and smiled, causing my cool to evaporate in the heat of my profusely blushing face.

"Oh no no no. You can wish for a million years and that would never happen." I grinned and bent down to kiss him again.

"In that case, it's not happening." He huffed and folded his arms, stepping away from me. I sighed and walked away in defeat, still grinning to myself.

"Three... Two... One..." I whispered.

"No Lance, I didn't mean it literally." He called after me.

"Bingo." I continued. I met him back under the tree, the pigeons still sat there, watching us with beady little eyes. "So what's your answer?" I asked him.

"Can I say yes this time?" He begged. I nodded. "In that case, I don't want to ever leave you again." He smiled and kissed the tip of my nose teasingly.

The pigeons decided to fly off precisely at the moment that Keith gave me his answer. They flew as a pair, one directly next to the other and in unison. "Let's get us back home shall we?" I offered, my arm snaked around his waist and holding him close to my side.

"I think that would be a good idea." He smiled and kissed me yet again. We had to walk back but there was no problem in us doing so. Hand in hand, we walked the paved streets pointing at every bird that went by, and narrowly missed getting hit by a car again from my behalf. What was it with me and cars?!

"Next would be to put a ring on that finger." I stated boldly holding up his left hand in mine and messing with his ring finger. He retracted quickly and turned his head away from mine.

"Let's take this one step at a time." He muttered, causing my laughter to erupt yet again. We decided to take a detour and go collect Keith's stuff from Bellamy's. Bellamy was not at all surprised when Keith stepped through the door but as soon as I followed behind, a shriek came from the twenty four year old man sat in the living room. "Keith?" He begged, questioning my boyfriend for answers. Keith chuckled nervously.

"Uh Bellamy. Meet Lance McClain, my boyfriend." Keith scratched the back of his head and pulled at his mullet anxiously. Bellamy stood up and glared at me. I couldn't tell if he was angry or upset about what had happened, but nonetheless, Keith seemed happy with what was going on so I didn't invade. Bellamy began to shriek at impossible pitches and wrapped his arms around Keith.

"My god Keith, I didn't think you had it in you." He yelled. When Keith's boss had finally let him go, he walked back to me and stood by my side.

"Thanks for the encouragement Bell." Keith rolled his eyes before laughing himself. Bellamy pulled out his phone and began dialing a number.

"Wait, what are you doing?" I asked, dreading what the man was actually capable of.

"Calling Clavis." He said matter of factly, as if there was nothing wrong with the fact he was literally calling his boyfriend in the middle of a lesson.

"But Bellamy, he is in the middle of his third lesson right now." I explained and he just shrugged.

"That doesn't matter. He always picks up if it's me, no matter the consequences." I huffed in slight annoyance, scared more for Clavis than anything. If he was caught calling Bellamy in the middle of class, he would get the boot instantly. I almost felt bad for the guy currently. Once Clavis had picked up, Bellamy gave him a brief overview of what had happened. Clavis asked to talk to Keith and from the snippets that I heard from down the phone, there was a severe amount of scolding but a lot of congratulations and praise. Keith later handed me the phone.

"Hey Clavis." I started tentatively.

"What do you think you were doing today?" He yelled at me. I flinched at the volume his voice was making down my ear canal.

"Uh, getting together with mullet." I whispered. Clavis sighed over the phone. I could practically see him rubbing the bridge of his nose and giving me the disappointed look that Shiro used to give me.

"You were supposed to wait up for me and then you could ask him. I wanted to be there to witness it and tell you I told you so." He whined. I let out a hearty laugh.

"Who said it first then?" He wondered.

"Before I answer that," I started. "Shouldn't you keep your voice down, aren't you in a lesson?"

"Nah, free period." He stated. I nodded in understanding, before realising that he couldn't actually see me so I gave a slight hum. "So? Spill." He demanded.

"He asked me first." I told him. Clavis chuckled.

"Damn right he did. He's my boy that's why."

"I thought I was your boy?" I whined before we both started laughing.

"You will forever be my first." He told me softly.

"I'm older than you."

"Only hypothetically." He teased. I nodded again.

"Oh yes, of course. Only hypothetically." I rolled my eyes and he breathed a laugh again. I did like Clavis, I couldn't have asked for a better friend to find after Voltron.

"Anyway, I should probably let you get to it. I will drop by later and talk to the both of you properly in person but for the time being, I have to get back to work. But before you leave, please take Keith with you because I swear, if I catch you both making out in Bellamy's house, I won't be impressed and will drag you out myself since Bellamy won't." He warned.

"It's okay, we've only dropped by to grab Keith's stuff." I explained. He let out a little 'ah' before asking for Bellamy again. We said goodbye and I passed the phone to his other half. I stood with Keith in the mean time and left to go and grab his stuff while waiting for Bellamy to finish up on the phone so that we could thank him for his hospitality. We sat in the room that was Keith's semi-permanently.

"This room had heating." He smiled at me and raised an eyebrow.

"Is that so?" I asked. "Well, if you don't want to move back in, feel free to stay here. I'm sure Bellamy would be thrilled with the company until Clavis moves in." I shrugged my shoulders and stared at the ceiling wistfully. Keith stood and punched my arm lightly.

"Already trying to get rid of me are we?" He teased. We grabbed his unpacked suitcase and left the house. Bellamy was still on the phone and so we didn't want to just hang about. Keith said that he would just thank Bell tomorrow at work. Shutting the door again, Keith felt for my hand and I gave it to him willingly. We walked back home as the sun bore down on us, shining through the trees and casting their shadow on our faces. "I love you." I said. He smiled.

"I love you too."
