When Toni finished with all of her classes, she drove to her house and was met with her fiance.
"How was work?" Brooke asked
"Amazing, I have the kids doing Harry Potter assignments all week" Toni replied
"Your obsession with Harry Potter will always be weird to me."
"Remember when you made me watch it on our second date" Brooke added
"You'll love it and you'll probably like the book too. I don't know I've never read them, but I think you'll like it." Toni said with a laugh
"I definitely won't read them but I'll watch them, for you" Brooke said before kissing Toni's lips
Toni smiled and turned the movie on and they enjoyed the first Harry Potter film. When it ended Toni quickly turned her head to Brooke
"Well?"
"I don't get the hype" Brooke said and Toni gasped
They laughed as they remembered their second date.
"Now whenever I watch those films I think about us and how far we've come" Brooke said wrapping her arms around Toni
"Speaking of that, What type of flowers are we having at the wedding. I'm starting to take planning more serious?" She added
Toni shrugged, "I'm not sure, whatever you want"
"Toni, we've been engaged for almost a year now, I think it's time to actually put effort into planning our wedding."
"Yeah, you're right. You'll have my full attention right after I finish this thing for my assignments" Toni said and Brooke nodded
Toni spent hours planning things for her students and Brooke planned a few things for her and Toni's wedding, the things she could so without Toni's help.
Brooke walked into Toni's home office, "Celeste is having a food testing and a little party at her restaurant, she invited us"
"You want to go?" Toni asked
"Yeah, if you want" Brooke said
Brooke could tell the tension between them two since she brought up the wedding.
"I'll change into something better" Toni said and Brooke nodded
They silently drove to the restaurant and when the got there, they were greeted by Celeste.
"You made it" She said excitedly while hugging Brooke
Celeste and Brooke met in high school and have been friends ever since. When her Toni got engaged, Toni became great friends with her as well.
"We closed like ten minutes ago, so before we start we have a few people cleaning up the tables" Celeste said and the couple nodded
Celeste walked away and left them alone, "What exactly are we doing here again?"
"She's having people try food she wants to sell at her restaurant and we are the one that get to taste it" Brooke said and Toni nodded
They talked and caught up with the people in the building before they got interrupted by the restaurant owner.
"Thank you to everyone who came out today to try this food by these amazing Chefs and cooks, shout out to them, they're still working in the kitchen" Celeste said and everyone clapped
