Chapter 30: A New Age

Clem's POV-

For a week I couldn't keep my mind off of Y/N. I missed how he was before this world changed him. He was so caring to me and filled with passion. The only problem was Violet. I had just recently broke up with her but I still like her. Maybe just as a friend though. Then I looked out my window and saw Y/N walk into his house and I was ready to confess. I walked out of my house and walked across the street into Y/N's house. 

Clem-" I want that life."

Y/N-" What?"

Clem-" Your dream. I want a daughter with you."

Y/N-" Really?" He said excitedly and blushing.

Clem-" Yes." I giggled as I remembered when he acted like this.

Y/N-" I don't know what to say."

Clem-" Don't." I walked up to him and kissed him.

Y/N's POV-

Is this real? Am I dreaming again?"

Carl-" Hey, Y/N. Are you- Oh."

Clem stopped and turned around.

Y/N-" What's up Carl?"

Carl-" I was just wondering if you were busy. You obviously are. Sorry."

Y/N-" No, it's fine. What is it?"

Carl-" Just checking in to see if you're going to the fair."

Clem-" What fair?"

Y/N-" The Kingdom is hosting a fair for the other communities."

Clem-" Are you going?"

Y/N-" I don't know I might."

Carl-" Well Enid and I are going with Judith."

Clem-" I would love to go." She said squeezing my arm.

Y/N-" Alright I'll go."

Carl-" Well we're leaving tomorrow."

Y/N-" Alright, I'll see you later."

Carl left and closed the door.

Clem-" Why didn't you tell me about a fair? It'll be a fun first second date."

Y/N-" Because your ex doesn't really like me."

Clem-" That's very true. Well, I am going to tell our friends about tomorrow and the fair. I'll see if they feel the same way."

Y/N-" Alright I'll see you later." I said as she left.

{Timeskip to night}

I walked into my house with Clementine and AJ. And I noticed something was off.

Y/N-" Stay close."

Clem-" Why?"

Y/N-" Someone's in the house."

I pulled out my pistol as Clementine and AJ walked behind me. We made our way upstairs. I then heard noises come from Sophie's old room. I kicked the door open and saw Sophie playing with Junior.

Sophie-" What the hell Y/N?!"

Y/N-" Oh shit. Sorry, Sophie... Uh... AJ, can you go to your room?"

AJ-" Which one is it?"

Y/N-" The one by the window."

AJ-" Okay." He said walking away.

Sophie-" Who are you?" She said talking to Clementine.
