Chapter 24: Moving On

I woke up to shouting coming from the room next to me.

Is Y/N in there? Is he having more nightmares?

I walked out of my room without trying to wake AJ.

Some more muffled shouting came from his room. I tried opening the door but it was locked. I tried kicking the door down. Still locked.

Clem-" Y/N!"

I pulled out my knife to pry the door open. It broke.

What the fuck does he have behind this door?

Louis then walked to me.

Louis-" Hey, Clem."

Clem-" Hi Louis. Can you help me with Y/N's door?" I said out of breath.

Louis-" Yeah. But why do you need help with it?"

More muffled shouting came from the room.

Louis-" Oh."

We then both kicked the door ajar. He had the dresser against the door.

I saw Y/N rolling around on the floor.

Y/N-" I'm sorry my son."

Clem-" Son??"

I kicked him in the stomach. He woke up, with a face of shock.

Y/N-" Why am I on the floor?"

Clem-" No reason. We're going to have a talk." I said, giving him my hand.

Y/N-" Why?"

Clem-" You'll find out why." I said dragging him out the room.

We made it to the greenhouse.

Clem-" A son?! It's been nine months you would have had to cheat on me right away! "

Y/N-" Clem, I promise I don't have a kid... yet."

Clem-" Yet!?"

Y/N-" I was forced to during the delta. They needed me to repopulate their group."

Clem-" So you weren't lying..." I sighed. "Your friends are telling me to give you a second chance, but I don't know if I can anymore."

Y/N-" Please. That person on that boat wasn't me."

Clem-" Then who was it!?"

He stayed silent.

Clem-" You look pathetic right now Y/N."

Y/N-" I still love you Clemmy."

Clem-" I don't. We're done."

He started crying.

Y/N-" Please." He said sobbing.

I then walked away hearing his cries.

Louis-" Everything okay?"

Clem-" Yeah."

Louis-" How about Y/N?"

Clem-" Not good at all."

Louis-" What did you tell him?"

Clem-" That he looked pathetic and that I couldn't give him a second chance and I broke up with him."

Louis-" Jesus, that's gotta hurt."

Clem-" Can you go in there and take all of his weapons so he doesn't try to kill himself or someone."

Louis-" Yeah."

I walked out to the courtyard and saw everyone sitting on the picnic tables.

I tried to walk past without talking to anyone but Beth stopped me.
