Noah's POV
Today is Valentines Day.
Bailey is still currently sleeping in her bed, even though it is almost four in the afternoon.
I have decided to take her somewhere special today, I know it's sort of cheesy oh well sue me.
While she's still sleeping I decide to set it up grabbing some blankets and pillows from the closet I put them in my car and keep the food I prepared in the back of the fridge.
Heading back upstairs I still find her asleep. I lay down beside her on the bed wrapping my arms around her.
"Bails." I whisper into her neck.
No response.
My one hand slides up to her neck tickling it, "Baby get up." Bailey starts moving before she starts laughing flailing her body around.
I stop tickling her and she turns and glares at me.
"Get up and get dressed."
She stretches, "Why where are we going?" She yawns out and I shrug.
"It's a surprise now get a move on." I pat her butt as she stands up.
She glares at me before disappearing in to her bathroom. I head back down stairs and grab a hoodie and the food I made putting it into the car.
About thirty minutes later she makes her way down stairs in a pair of jeans and a t shirt. Her hair in a bun.
"Ok now where are we going."
I grab her hand leading her out to my car, "You'll know once we get there."
She rolls her eyes but doesn't say anything as we get into my car.
We pull up at the park and she turns to me a big smile on her face, "We are going here?"
I nod getting out of the car, she follows behind me as I grab the stuff from the back.
We set the blankets up on the spinning wheel like we did a few months ago. We sit down and I lay out the food.
Nothing extraordinary just some sandwiches, chips and soda.
We eat, talk, and laugh as the sun begins too slowly go down.
Once we finish eating I throw the trash away before we lay out on the blankets. Bailey has her head laying on my chest as we look up at the colorful sky.
"I like this." She mumbles into my chest.
I look down at her sweeping some hair out of her eyes, "Like what?"
She looks up at me, "Just laying here with you like this." She smiles, "It's so peaceful."
I bend down giving her a quick peck.
We lay there in silence staring up at the now darker sky.
Looking down at Bailey again I wonder how I was so lucky to get her.
And now that I have her.
I never want to let her go.
___
Really short filler chapter.
It's harder I feel to write from Noah's pov sometimes but there might be one more before the book is over.
