Armin POV:

I was woken up by a blinding ray of light, a pounding headache shoots like lightning through my brain. I struggled to open my eyes and looked around with fuzzy vision and through slight cracks I could make with my eyelids, only seeing shades of grey.  I felt around, a scratchy wool texture on the tips of my fingers. I looked around even more and noticed how I had restricted movement. I could tell by the clanks and dings that I was cuffed to something metallic, possibly a post of some sort. I looked above my head, seeing that I was right. I was handcuffed to a bed.

I shot up and saw A tall blonde haired man sitting in a chair across the room, the pair of handcuffs holding me back and putting some strain on my wrist. "Where are we and why am I chained to a bed?!"  "That should be the least of your concerns, Armin." He rose from his spot and unearthed a ring of keys from his pocket, unlocking the cuff that was on my wrist. "You're coming with me."  "Wha– hey!" I was was screaming bloody murder and kicked at any part of him I could reach. I was determined to get out, even if my body couldn't flail around for much longer, but I didn't want to know what would happen to me if I ran. So, eventually, I stopped right as we got to the door right at the end of the hall. "Get in," he snarled as he shoved me through the doorway. I started making my way down the staircase with Reiner following closely behind me. He kept a tight grip on my arm as we descended to the first below us and soon he pulled me towards an open space that resembled a common room you would find at a university dormitory building. There were at least ten other people there. I was forced onto my knees much like the others were and cowered before a man holding a whip while also keeping a gun in a holster on his leg. He was familiar to me with his short black hair and stature. When he spoke, his accent was thick like chocolate coating a strawberry, and he had a swagger about him when he paced the floor in front of us. I said "LET ME GO!" He paused mid-movement and looked at me with an intimidating stare. "Did I say you could talk, Reiner, lock it back up until it can learn to keep its fucking mouth shut." "WAIT ANSWER ME WHERE AM I WERE IS EREN?" I yelled as I was carried out of the room. As Reiner carried me up the stairs, he bellowed at me, "You should have just kept your trap shut, Armin. And stop kicking me." I couldn't look at him nor say a word as I walked behind him. The walk was slow and silent from this point on. I was mainly quiet because of all the information that had been unloaded onto me, and when he shoved me into my room I ran to the bed and let my tears soak the pillow. I was abducted, Eren isn't with me I miss him and adding on to the years of abuse. it was all too much for me and eventually, I managed to cry myself to sleep.
I woke up feeling my arm being gripped. I was carried down the stairs over Reiners shoulder and he took me to the same open space I was in earlier when that man had me confined to the room I was given. He had his other victims lined up in front of a couch with their wrists tied up, and I was no different. I was shoved to the very middle. I scanned the room, looking for an opening that could lead to my escape. I searched every corner of the room with my eyes and noticed not only was every window guarded by someone with a weapon but that Eren was nowhere to be seen. I couldn't let go of how I felt about him nor could I rid myself of the happy memories we made. He cared about me,  I cared so much about him.  "Bring them in."  The door opened to Reiner leading in a group of men of all shapes, sizes, and skin colours. Some looked rich and others looked poor. The bad feeling I couldn't shake from this scenario made my skin crawl as each of the men sized up everyone in the line. They handed their money over to the leader one at a time and took someone from the line out of the room. One stopped at me and grabbed my hands. I pulled away and spat on his face in response. He retaliated by slapping me across the face and I cried out in pain.  "Sir, our apologies. We'll take her away and teach her a lesson," Reiner said firmly, pulling me towards the stairs.  "What the hell are you doing?!" I screamed as he wrestled to keep his grip on me.  "Saving your ass," he growled, hauling me over his shoulder and carrying me back to my room and throwing me on the bed. "You do anything to piss off a customer, we lose money because..." "Now just go to sleep and don't you dare come out until those guys are gone, and if Boss comes in here, just pretend that I hit you or something."  "Just like how I'm gonna pretend you didn't just call me a girl back there–!"  He slammed the door, leaving me to my own devices in the darkness. I ran to the window and saw nothing but grass for miles and miles. I was on the second story of a normal-looking house until I noticed the beaten-up sign, meaning I was in a rundown hotel. I noticed the curtains had some length to them as well as my bed sheet and blanket. The window barely budged and then I noticed that it had been glued shut and I could only open it up enough to slide my hands through the crack. I needed something to pry the window open the rest of the way, like a crowbar.  I'm not gonna get a crowbar anywhere around here... I couldn't find anything in the room that would be useful, and all I had was my bare hands and fabric. I knew it would hurt like hell but I had to do it.
