Rachel woke up earlier than usual the following day. Something about how Santana spoke to her before she left bugged her. They had been getting alone fairly well before hand. Then the sudden harshness came out of nowhere. Maybe she was blinded by hope to befriend Santana, that she thought the Latina reciprocated the feeling.
Hell, she should just be thankful that she had made one friend. Which she had to admit, she was looking forward to seeing. Finn made her feel safe for some reason. He was incredibly kind. And he had already stood up to Santana of her behalf, something she didn't expect.
Why did her mind keep wandering back to Santana? She couldn't get her out her head. She had only known Santana for a day, and she had preoccupied most of her thoughts. But, they were writing a duet so it was plausible that was the reason.
Rachel glanced back at the clock and sighed. She might aswell be productive and work out, thankfully she had a cycle machine in her room, she she quickly changed.

Two hours later, her dad was pulling up outside the School, where kids were swarming into the building. She says farewell to her dad and jumps out, and begins walking towards the main doors.
"Rachel, wait up!" She hears Finn's voice from behind, turning around to see him and Puck walking towards her.
"How's my Girlbro doing?" Puck asked with his smirk.
"I'm doing good, thanks for asking Noah." Rachel smiles.
"Come on, call me Puck." He pleads.
"Nope. Santana told me your name was Noah, so I will call you by your actual name." Rachel replies. Finn just chuckles as the three head into school.
"You get anywhere with Santana last night?" Finn asked.
"Sort of. We sung abit, but didn't find the right song." Rachel states, shrugging slightly as she glances around the hallways of the school.
"Me and my man Mike have a song. Although he did say he wanted to dance less." Puck shrugs.
"Me and Sam have already picked a song.", Finn comments, Rachel glancing up for him to expand. "Come on Rach, I am not gonna give my tactics up to the enemy." He winks. Something about Finn calling him Rach felt off to her. She knows Santana had called it her the night before, but it felt right when Santana called it her.
"Well, it was worth a try." Rachel grins, pushing away the thought. Thinking about a stupid nickname was not worth the time, she decided.
The three walked through school, talking about general stuff. Most of it, Rachel zoned out of as if was Puck and Finn talking about football.
"Rachel, you coming to the game tommorow?" Finn asked, bringing Rachel back into reality.
"I'm not exactly a football person" Rachel states.
"Most of the people aren't who watch. But it's usually quite fun, especially if we win. Even if we don't, we've got my party too look forward too." Puck grins.
"Oh, I don't think I would be that welcome." Rachel shuffles slightly as she reaches her locker.
"Its my party, so I think you'd be more welcome than most of the losers who will end up there." Puck states. Rachel flashes a quick smile at Puck. "Plus, having you there will bring the number of hot Jews there to two." He adds, causing Rachel to chuckle and shake her head. Normally, someone like Puck would make her uncomfortable. But the way he said it made it obvious it was all just a joke, that he didn't say it to make her feel uncomfortable.
"And, all the Glee club will be there." Finn adds.
"Okay, okay. I'll come to the game. But I'll have to ask my dad's about me coming to the party." She states, Puck smiles and nods before his eyes drift over to a cheerleader walking past, his eyes drifting straight to her ass.
