Rachel could of stood frozen in the school bathroom for a few seconds or a few hours. Time didn't seem that relevant. Her mind was a whirlpool of confusion and hurt.

Her and Santana were just in the bathroom. The two were sharing a moment. Or atleast, it felt like one to Rachel. It was as if she could see the real Santana. The cheeky, flirtatious girl that seemed to of hidden behind the bitch she claimed to be. And if Rachel was honest, she loved it. Every nerve in her body was electrified by Santana as she had touched her.

But Tina had walked in. It wasn't her fault, but she probably didn't think that now. But that's when it all came crashing down. Santana crawled back into her castle and brought back up the walls. She had practically threatened Rachel. Rachel knew there was no hatred behind it at all, but fear. She knew too much about how homophobic people could be. She was the daughter of a gay couple. So she understood how scared Santana would be right now. And in a sense, so was she. She had just opened herself up to someone, about feeling she didn't even know she had. She was attracted to Santana, she couldn't doubt that. But that just opened her up too so much shit that could come her way. Maybe Santana was right. Maybe it was best no one knew, and the two just ignored what happened.

Rachel forced herself to leave, and was surprised as Tina stood beside the door into the bathroom, face full of fear as she glanced up at Rachel.

"I swear, I won't say anything." Tina tells Rachel in a hushed tone.

"I'm sorry for how Santana acted, Tina." Rachel replies in the same tone. "I think... Its just all really scary for her." Tina nods as she goes to go into the bathroom, then stops and turns back to Rachel.

"I... If you ever need to talk. I'll listen." Tina says with a strained smile before going into the bathroom. Rachel did feel like talking to her about it all, but she was pulled out of that idea as Finn walks over.

"Hey, you good? I saw Santana storm out a few minutes ago." Finn asked. Rachel wasn't exactly good, she was confused. Was she gay? Or was it a heat of the moment thing? But, she didn't exactly know if Finn could be trusted with such a... Topic of conversation.

"Yeah, we just had an argument, that's all. Nothing to worry about." Rachel tells Finn, hoping it would be enough to get off the topic.

"You sure, Rach? You look... Scared." Finn pushes. Rachel felt so overwhelmed, too much happened in the last few minutes for her to even come to terms with. She had too get away from everything. But she couldn't. And as she looked around, she could feel her heartbeat quickening and her chest feeling like it was bring pulled into itself.

"Rachel, you... You said you'd go over some songs with me for my assignment, right?" Tina says as she approached. Rachel looked at her confused for a few moments, but nods quickly.

"Yes! Yes I did. I um... We should go do that." Rachel says quickly as she tries to walk off.

"Where are you going? We have class" Finn asked. Tina glances over at Rachel with a soft, understanding look.

"I'll see you after your class." Tina says. Rachel nods slowly as she goes to walk away.

"I've got maths." She tells Tina, who returns the nod before walking off, and Finn guides Rachel to her next class, who kept silent the entire walk.

Santana found herself in the choir room off all places. She just ran through the school without thinking, her mind racing at a million miles per hour. What just happened? She was about to kiss Rachel. Why? She wasn't gay! She had slept with hundred of guys, she enjoyed it!

But the truth is, she never really enjoyed it all that much. The sex was always her way of getting what she wanted. Which she usually did. Or, what she thought she wanted. She thought being the top of the school would fill the void she felt, but it was doing a lousy job at doing so. But, she knew she wasn't gay. She couldn't be.
