A/N: I'm planning on putting titles to the chapters. They'll still have the number chapter but I've been thinking about it and it will make my life a bit easier.

When I'm writing, I like to go back to certain scenes so I don't forget specific details and all those things so it's best if they have a title since it's easier to remember. Also, I think it will make it easier for you guys if you ever want to go back to the story.

What do you guys think?

Oh, and thank you all so much for 100k reads!

(Your POV)

Once you finished eating and you were dismissed, you returned back to your room. Placing your head on your desk, you tiredly glanced at the gold medal and trophy on your shelf. You had done it. You had won first place.

You smiled at the thought, and excitedly shot up from your chair. Grabbing your phone, you searched for Karma's contact. It was a bit embarrassing but... you wanted to hear his voice.

But, just as you were about to text him and tell him the good news, you stopped yourself. You didn't want to seem clingy... You chewed on the inside of your cheek for a few seconds but quickly dismissed that thought.

Making yourself comfortable, you laid down on your bed and dialled his number.

"Hey~"

"Oh, you picked up," you instantly beamed.

"'Course I did, it gave me an excuse to procrastinate from doing the homework," he laughed.

"Tch, that's the only reason? Such a gentleman you are," you rolled your eyes. "But if you're busy I can call later," you nervously bit your bottom lip.

"Nah, I like talking to you~" he casually said, his statement making you blush.

"Re-Really?" You stammered.

"Of course I do. Why wouldn't I like talking to my princess?" He teased, your heart fluttering at his words.

"Bu-But even so, you shouldn't ignore your homework for me," you couldn't help but say.

"Don't worry, I was just messing with you," he laughed. "I've already done it."

"Wait, really?!" You gasped. "Since when are you so responsible?" You stifled a laugh.

"Why so surprised?" He sighed. "It's no big deal."

"Yes it is," you laughed. "Is the great Akabane Karma actually becoming a responsible student?" You teased.

"Not really," he laughed. "I just think it's important that I keep my number one spot," he shrugged nonchalantly.

"Aw, that's actually kinda swe-"

"'Cause if I don't, I won't be able to look down on Mr President," he added, his voice full of arrogance.

"Nevermind," you sweatdropped dramatically.

"Anywho, how did the competition go?" He asked curiously.

"Wait! You-You remembered?" You blinked in incredulity.

"Geez you have so little faith in me," he said in a clearly fake hurt tone of voice.

"I didn't mean it like that," you chuckled. "It's just that I mentioned it one time so I wasn't really expecting anyone to remember.."

"Hmm okay, I'm feeling generous so I'll forgive your lack of faith," he teased. "So, how did it go?"

"I.... Actually won first place," you smiled widely.
