XII.

*3rd person* (its been a while)

"I can't wake her up."
"Stop shaking her shoulders that'll only make it worse, Seaweed Brain."
"Percy, she's okay. It's probably just a trance.... Look, I think she's waking up."

Hellene opened her eyes and immediately took a deep breath. She felt herelf sweaty and placed her hand on  her chest searching for her heartbeat. After she found it she sighed in relief. For a second she thought she lost it.

Once she assured herself that she was still alive she noticed three worried faces looking at her direction. The closest was her brother's Percy and on his left side Annabeth was staring down at the younger girl waiting for her reaction. To the right Nico had just placed his arm on Percy's shoulder watching over at the girl's direction. Although Hellene didn't like that much attention.

"Are you okay?" Nico broke the silence as she nodded. She couldn't convince herself to speak.

"Do you need something?" Annabeth asked as Hellene shook her head.

"What is the last thing you remember?" Percy turned to her.

Then, the memories hit the daughter of Poseidon. She and Nico had traveled to her mum's office and they'd found her burning. The girl had stopped the fire somehow.

She almost fainted again but Nico caught her. He looked down at her. He seemed like he wanted to apologize for everything and with one look he did.

Then, her vision turned foggy as tears slipped out of the corners of her eyes. She looked up at him for one last time as she hugged him tightly and burried her head in his shoulder.

I know I know! It's short and i haven't updated since Valentines day...but I've been having serious writer's block. I had to decide rather this was a dream or it really happened. So, because I'm the kind author that I am I'll leave that suggestion to YOU. It's up to y'all to decide and whatever you pick I'll write about.. That was all.
