13. Contract

"Please wait a while here, Miss Jung. Mr Joo will be ready in a few minutes." The assistant guides Eunra to the guest zones.

Eunra bows gently and gracefully to sit down.

Eunra was dressed in an elegant white wool-blend two-piece top and skirt. She had a beautiful black Channel belt to hold her dress down. She held a small purse with pearls as a handle and black sexy heels. She was absolutely breathtaking. She brushes her raven black hair to reveal her charming features, with her sparkling pearl earrings on her earlobes. With her long black hair swaying side by side, her strong aura had attracted much male staff at Joo Dan Tae's company to come to admire the Goddess herself.

She sat there patiently while sipping on a cup of coffee one of the assistants had made for her until she was asked to enter the office.

Eunra smiled, as she stands, took the black folder with her, and entered the massive office of Joo Dan Tae Enterprise.

Joo Dan Tae stood at the corner of the office, staring at the scenery outside his office, with a glass of whiskey in his hand.

"Ah. Miss Jung."

Eunra bows politely. "Mr Joo."

Joo Dan Tae gestures to Eunra to take a seat, as he puts his glass down on the side of the table and joins her at the sofa areas.

"I am so glad we could finally meet and chat about this collaboration."

Eunra smiled. "Our pleasure too."

"Where is your brother?"

"He is at another meeting with some of our new investors. It is a competitive game you have here, Mr Joo. We simply appreciate your sincerity for this investment, thus, you are the first to be part of this establishment."

Joo Dan Tae had his usual victorious smile on his face.

"I am honoured."

Eunra paused for a moment as she looks at the view outside.

"What a fantastic view you have here. And great wine. A limited version."

Joo Dan Tae was impressed at Eunra's observations. It was a fine whiskey brand, which was a limited edition.

"Would you like a glass?" Joo Dan Tae offered.

Eunra smiled, "oh no, thank you. I don't drink in the day."

Joo Dan Tae smiled.

"Shall we proceed onto the business?"

Joo Dan Tae nods.

"This is a collaboration for the establishment of a concert hall here in Seoul. Your contribution is much needed." Eunra mentions as she takes the contract out for Joo Dan Tae's viewing. "You know the Kim Family?"

Joo Dan Tae gave a thought for a while, "The musician family, Kims?"

"Yes."

"Ah, I know. The wonderful and prestigious family here in Korea. They have been renowned around the world for their musical contributions."

Eunra smiles. "This collaboration includes them. Their current CEO, Mr Kim Minseok has already personally signed the contract for this construction. Our music company has been working closely with them. You will have nothing to lose with both of our prestigious families backing up your architecture enterprise." Eunra spoke confidently, knowing Joo Dan Tae would have nothing to lose, but also going right into their trap.

"Of course. It is an honour that both of your families support our Joo Enterprise so well. We couldn't be more pleased."

Joo Dan Tae reads the contract, and without a doubt, signed the contract.
