"hey, you alright" he asks siting on the spiny chair but the counter top. He spins round and round and round still talking to you.
"yeah , i'm fine" you laugh as Bucky still spins round.
"Did you know that Grapes light on fire in the microwave." Bucky says still spinning.
"what?" you ask shocked
"yeah ..... by the way , on a completely unrelated note , tony we need a new microwave." Bucky says and everyone laughs.
"why were you heating up grapes" Tony asks laughing at the randomness of microwaving grapes
"i wasn't i walked into the kitchen and it was jsut .... on fire" Bucky says unconvincingly
"right..." tony says sarcastically
"also did you know the word for 'fear of long words' is hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia, the irony is so funny, Also up until 1000 there is no number with the letter a in it" Bucky is still spinning on his chair
"1 how long did it take you to pronounce .. that word and 2 where are you getting all these from?" You asks laughing.
Buckys tops the chair. "i don't know , i looks some weird shit up on the computer" Bucky stands up off the chair and falls over. "i'm fine ... tiny bit dizzy"
you laugh and help him up. You think he's going to walk but he stays gripping onto your arm for a minute.
"you okay?" you laugh
"yep ... as soon as the world stops spinning" He says blinking a lot.
"your funny" you laugh
"okay i'm good" Bucky walks off down the corridor.
You sit on the couch in the living room.
People in the living room as well are: Tony , nat , Wanda , Clint , sam , Bruce and vision.
You turn on the tv and flick through the channels , you get to an old news channel and there's a whole report on the winter soldier from years ago.
"who's that?" you ask no realising
Sam looks up "switch the channel NOW! that's the winter soldier! if Buck sees that he's not gonna like it!"
"shit , the remote died ! i can't change the channel" you try but it doesn't work.
"hey guys" Bucky says walking back down the corridor and turning the corner catching a glimpse on the tv.
You dive over to the outlet and pull the plug out, turning the tv off straight away.
"what was that about" Bucky says confused
"nothing!"
"y/n... what. was. that!" Bucky asks getting a bit mad.
"it was nothing bucky" you say smiling
"then plug it back in" Bucky crosses his arms and leans against the counter.
"n-"you get cut off and Bucky plugs the tv in and the winter soldier comes up on the screen.
tv: -ence the suspect known as the winter soldier. A hydra controlled human weapon killing and attacking civilians. What his goal is , no one knows but innocent people are dying and no one can stop this. some people say the man identify as James barnes , a war veteran. Jsut in: 30 more people dead 40 injured , a building on 6th blew up and fire and rescues are heading to the scene.
Bucky ends up walking away down the corridor and he punches the wall.
"FUCK!" he looks at his hand and it's covered in blood. He realises but couldn't care less. He carry's on punching the wall until he makes a hole.
steve walks out his room and sees bucky.
"woah woah woah Buck calm down" steve says running towards him quickly
Bucky doesn't listen and carry's on. Steve grabs his fist and Bucky just stares at
steve trying to hold in his tears.
"Buck... i know that your fed up of hearing about the winter soldier did this and the winter soldier did that , but you gotta remember ... it wasn't your fault , what you did all those years it wasn't you ... you didn't have a choice"
Bucky starts to walk away.
"wait Buck there's blood on this wall! shit BUCKY!!" steve says running after Bucky but he's already gone "shit! Y/N! BUCKYS GONE!"
"shit shit shit shit shit shit SHIT!" you jump right up and run around the compound trying to find Bucky. You then run around outside and can't find him there either. You then get an idea. You sprint up back to tony.
"dad! i need your help , first date with bucky where did you catch us"
"on the cliff side near the mud forrest." tony says confused
"can you drive me .... please" you ask really desperate
"sure let's go!" Tony drives you to the cliff and sure enough Bucky is there.
You walk over to him and sit next to him on the edge. Tony walks further away from you guys to give you some privacy.
"hey buck , you okay?" you ask worried
"yeah ... cut my fists a little." Bucky sighs.
"i'm sorry about the tv thing , i didnt mean to put the channel on and the remote died so i couldn't switch it."
"it's fine , i can't get away from the winter soldier it always comes back to me somhow, i jsut gotta deal with it" Bucky says and it makes your heart sink.
"i'm sorry buck"
"it's not your fault doll...don't apologise." He says looking you in the eyes for what felt like eternity
"can we go now , it's cold and i'm hungry" tony say ruining that moment.
"your gonna wanna clean these cuts when we get home, there really bad!" You say while getting up.
Bucky sighs "i know"
You both walk over to tony.
"hey kiddo , hey James ... you alright?"
"Yeah i'm fine"
"right , i'll drive you guys home."
You all get in the car and drive to the compound
