Ch.1 {The start to a new adventure}

I do not own these characters obviously, and I'm not the best at grammar since English isn't my first language. So, please don't judge. (－‸ლ) I haven't checked any spelling mistake but enjoy!!

Here's the sad truth... all men are not created equal. With about 80% of the population possessing some ability. When I was 4 years old, I learned that some kids have more power than others. But that won't pull me back! If anything, it pushes me to do better. I was weak, and ever since Endeavor saved me back then, I pushed myself to my best abilities with my quirk. Oh right, I haven't introduced myself yet. ('°ω°') My name is F/N L/N, my quirk is called elemental control, where it allows me to basically manipulate the elements, such as fire, water, wind and earth. But so far the four are the only ones I am exposed to for now. Who knows, maybe during my adventures, I can find more elements. Of course like anyone else, I have many weaknesses, but I am not going to explain them. (you'll see it throughout the story.)

"Y/N!!!" a voice yelled downstairs. I sighed and closed my journal, "I'm coming, I'm coming!" It was the day of the exam, I've been practicing everyday for this and I was confident that I will get in! Mhmmm, the breakfast was delicious, "I'm on my way now mom! See you later!" I grabbed my backpack and waved her goodbye. This is it, I can do this! While I spaced out, I accidentally ran into a chest, "Argh! Oh my goodness, I'm so so so sorry!" I bowed my head in apologies. I looked up and saw a guy with short, spiky ash-blond hair and a pair of sharp red eyes. He furrowed his eyebrows, "Get out of my way now before I set you on fire." Ah geez, what a way to start my day... oh look, I'm already here! My eyes sparkled, graduating from U.A is basically a requirement if you want to be a great hero, so I held my head high and walked towards the entrance exam. Time to show them what I'm made for! 

"What's up you U.A candidates, thanks for tuning in to me, your school Dj!" The voice hero, president Mic exclaimed. "Cool, now let me hear you!" The room was full of awkward silence, I mentally face palmed. Wow, way to boost the spirit...! During that time, I was assigned Battle center B for my exam and I was trying to figure out a strategy while president mic continued explaining the rest of the exam. My train of thought was broken by a sudden voice, "Excuse me sir, but I have a question." I looked to my right and saw a boy with short dark blue hair, flattened neatly down and parted on the right side of his head, and rather square eyes with glasses. 

"Hit me!" president mic exclaimed, I glanced over to see what he had to ask. "On the print out, you've listed four types of villains, not three." He continued, "With all respect, if this is an error on an official U.A material, it is shameful. We are exemplary students, we expect the best from Japan's most noticeable school, a mistake such as this won't do." Then I kind of zoned out after hearing President mic's explanation about the fourth villain that's worth 0 points, until I was sent to the hero course, battle center B.

While I was looking over the crowd, I saw a boy with short messy dark-green hair shivering, was it because he's nervous? So I walked over to him and decided to calm him down. "Hey you ok?" That seemed to snap him out of his thoughts when he immediately turned around. "Yeahh, Yeah! I-I'm fine, thanks f-for asking!" He gave me a crooked smile. "Hey it's alright, you will do great!" I gave him a warm smile back. As everyone rushed off, I took his hand and dragged him with me, "C'mon! We don't want to get left behind." After that we split up, and I'm pretty sure I accidently left him a blushing mess, I walked around the city hunting for robots. I was doing pretty well, I flew around faster than most people using my wind power and destroyed robots with explosions of fire as well as using water to paralyze them for a while. And all of this was monitored by the principle behind the screens. 

"Some use information gathering abilities to plan out strategies, while others rely on speed to pull ahead of their peers. Of course, remaining calm under pressure can be a huge advantage. As can pure power and combat abilities. The most successful students use a combination of all these tactics, they are the ones who get the highest score." The principle states. "This particular student is quite impressive, I'd say this year's group looks promising." Someone else added.

Alright, I'm pretty sure that's about 50 points already. HUH?! The ground suddenly started shaking and cracks started to appear underneath the ground. A huge robot appeared out of nowhere, that's a zero pointer! Oh no.. I looked around and saw the broccoli hair boy I saw earlier frozen! Oh no no no! I quickly manipulated the wind and flew to him at a fast speed. I scooped him up just when the robot was going to crush him, and flew him to a safe place. "T-thanks for helping m-me again, m-my name is I-izuku Midoriya." He bowed his head, "I'm so sorry I wasted your time!" "Haha it's alright! Nice to meet you, my name is F/N L/N. but I got to go! See you soon." I flew around the zero pointer and soon spotted more people in danger including a brown hair girl named Ochako Uraraka, which I soon found out about. Now it's time to defeat this thing. I landed on the top of the robot and manipulated the ground beneath the robot and it stumbled back. I jumped off using the wind to catch myself, then created a huge fire explosion that ended the zero pointer. Everyone looked shocked as I landed, I even heard a few whispers. 

"Whoa, that was ultra cool!" 

"How did she do that?" 

I blushed at the attention and compliments, and then I looked around for Midoriya. I found him lying on the ground unconscious with a broken arm, huh, I wonder what happened? Luckily the Recovery Girl was able to help him.

-A week later-

"YESSSSS!"

Turns out I got 96 points in total, 45 in rescue points and 51 in defeating villains for combat points!  "Welcome, young F/N L/N, You have made it, you are now... part of the hero academia." My eyes widened and my mouth hung open, I couldn't use words to describe how happy and excited I was...

It took a lot of help and my life has changed completely. Now I'm enrolling in the high school of my dreams...I wonder what will await me...

Edit: Forgive me, the writing is horrible. Trust me, I think it gets better later on in the story. I'm just too lazy to check over this chapter, maybe I will later.
