Shawn Mendes POV

(A/N: Anyone see the word play I put on this chapter, Mendes-ing, like Mending. If you didn't get it, or didn't think it was corny, we probaly couldn't be friends in real life. I am the corniest person you'll ever meet, along with Ali.)

I walked down to the piano room and saw Nash playing it. Horribly. What is with people and trashing my art.

"No," I told him and pushed him away from it, "This piano is not made for you. That's it. I should make a rule. Only me, Johnson and Madi can play it since we're the only ones who know how. I need a sign."

"Why would she do this to me?" Nash started to cry. Shit.

"There, there," I patted his back. Crying is not a good look for him.

"I thought we were in love," Nash cried.

"You were in love, Nash," I told him, "Who knows what she was in?"

Sex. Lust. I knew. Didn't want to tell him, though.

"And Taylor?" Nash got angry, "Thought we were friends."

"You are," I told him, "People make wrong decisions."

Not as wrong as fucking someone's best friend, but okay. Its in every teen novel anyway. Not that I read those things. Psh.

"I'm going to kill him," Nash said.

"Can't exactly kill him. You wouldn't last in jail," I said and he wouldn't. He'd be somebody's bitch.

"Real comforting, aren't you?" Madi stood in the doorway. She had a plate of something in her hands and was giving it to Nash. It was plate full of brownies with icing on it that said, Get Brownie Well.

"Get Brownie Well?" Nash asked her and she smiled.

"You know how the teddy bears say, Get Beary Well," she crossed her arms with pride, "Well, now, Get Brownie Well. Try one. Curtesy of Mahogany and I. Mostly me but yeah."

I looked closer at Madi and noticed her hair looked different. A dark blue, like the storms.

"Did you dye your hair?" I asked her and she glared at me.

"This isn't about me but about our friend Nash who needs a hug," Madi hugged him then walked out.

"She dyed her hair," Nash said, "Everything's changing. I don't want it to change."

Mahogany Lox POV

I held a plate of the brownies out to Sammi. She took them and laughed, tears streaked her big cheeks. It made me realize how all the ALOL girls so much alike. They all had big cheeks and eyes. Maya and Madi had dark near black eyes while Sammi, Ali, and Tani had light brown and Lila with her green eyes.

Sammi smiled at the saying on them, "Madi must have made these."

"Hey," I said, "I helped. No one ever remembers that part."

"What's going on out there, Lox?" Sammi asked. She holed herself up in her room.

"What's going on is that we're all worried about you, Nash, and Taylor," I told her, "You all sorta freaked out. Madison, Shawn, Trevor and I are trying to help the best we can. We worry too."

"I know. I can't believe I did that. It was so wrong but something I wanted," she sighed and put her head in her hands, "I'm horrible."

"You're a wonderful human being who made a mistake," I told her, "Something we all do."

I wanted to say, "Yes, you screwed up epically." But I didn't think that would be very sympathetic
