wow it's been almost 3 years since I touched this, but I just want to officially state that this fic is discontinued. I don't really ship Jack and Katherine anymore, and also I don't like writing in first person and don't feel like mass editing a story for a ship I don't ship to be third person. I'm sorry to anyone who was reading this, and I am glad you enjoyed the pieces I did publish.
