Moments
Commitment.
Being committed with someone also means facing another level of pain, risks and sacrifices. Numerous of what if's, especially when you have trust issues, you have a traumatic experience from your ex lover, or you've never been in a relationship.
We need to make ourselves better than what we used to, to understand the real meaning of being in a relationship with someone.
And I admit, I am not matured enough to understand and maintain a healthy relationship if ever I've got myself a man.
I am afraid to suffer from a heartbreak that's why I didn't consider the idea of saying "yes" to Brix.
But If I would look on the other side, being in a relationship requires pain. It is normal for couples.
As time goes by, that 'pain' will build a higher and harder walls around them that would hinder everyone who will try to sneak in and ruin their relationship.
Pain makes everyone be a better version of themselves. You can learn from it, you can grow from it and you will improve because of it.
You should grab the chance, if you love each other pursue it, go for it. You'll only regret it later on, if you'll choose to let go. That'll be worst and that'll hurt more, than your choice to fight for it.
"Girl, anong plano mo kay Brix? Ilang buwan na din siyang nanliligaw sa'yo ah?" Liana asked me while we are in the middle of sightseeing the beautiful scenery of green fields and a combination of pinkish and bluish skies in front of us.
"Don't worry, I don't have plans on rejecting him. Just a little more patience..." She chuckled softly and turned her gaze back to the scenery.
She invited me to join her in a picnic. Parehong busy ang iba kaya hindi nakasama. I'm the only one who's free so I'm keeping her company right now.
It's okay for me since this will be worth it. This trip will make me chill and relaxed. At libre niya naman kaya auto 'G, payag ako'.
The reason why she suddenly planned this was because she was accepted by a famous dance class here in our town. Mahal ang training fee and you need to audition first before you get accepted as their member, hindi tulad nang ibang dance class na wala nang audition pang kailangan.
This dance training is famous for having a very great dancers. Liana also told me that this club helps everyone to socialize and improve their dancing skills and techniques in a good way so it's very convenient for her.
"It would be happier if the other girls were here 'no? Aesha and Eru will enjoy having a pictorial in this green fields, and surely, Rari will roll over around here because of tripping."
But she never failed to cheer us up and make us laugh with her happy-go-lucky nature. She is our ray of sunshine.
"By the way, May 6 birthday mo diba?" I nodded.
"What's your plan? Dalawang araw na lang sweet sixteen kana sis." I shrugged my shoulders off.
I am not excited on my birthday, honestly.
I will be, if only my Mom is right here beside me but she's not, so what's the point of celebrating it?
