Chapter 48~Questions & Kisses

Temor POV

I am sitting here amazed at this woman in front of me. I knew she was strong when she gave us a second chance, but now I realize how much Love has put on the line for us, and I know at this moment that I will never leave her. I love her ... I look at my baby, and I know she is nervous, so I pull her off the couch and say, "l want to ask my questions in the pool."

" That sounds like a great idea," she says, and we make our way to the pool. I already had on shorts, so I ease myself in the water. Love had on a bathing suit and a pair of jean shorts. When she took those shorts off, my soldier was at full attention immediately.

The green high-cut bathing suit Love was wearing left her ass on full display. Basically, all her ass was out looking delicious, and the material just seemed to barely cover her kitty. I could tell she was freshly waxed. Damn, she looked good, and it had been a while. But I shook those thoughts out of my head and got serious.

I am leaning against the side of the pool with my arms out on edge. Love is standing in between my legs. I take a breath to get the courage to ask some questions I think I already know the answers to but want her to confirm.

Using my legs, I pull her closer to me. I ask my first question.

"Was Sincere your first boyfriend?"

" Yes," she said

I kiss her forehead

"Did you ever end up sleeping with him?"

"No," she said

I kiss her left cheek.

"Is Sincere trying to have a relationship with you now?"

"We were considering the possibility of being together, but the night at the dome ended that, and I couldn't get you off my mind or heart."

...that answer caught me off guard, but I continue.

I kiss her on her right cheek.

" Did you sleep with Mekhi?"

"No," she said

I kiss her on her nose.

And then I look in the eyes...

" Am I your first?"

" Yes" she said

I kiss her on her lips while I hug her, then I am holding her up by her ass, lifting her so she can wrap her legs around my waist.

" Why did you lie to me "..she looks confused and says, " I haven't lied. Everything is the truth".

" Nah...you told me you had been with two people, and I was one of them."

I say, playing with her because I believe in my baby. It all makes sense now.

"I didn't want you to know because I thought you played me" she is now trying to hide a smile.

"Why did you decide to give yourself to me?" I ask her,I really don't know why so I need her to tell me.

" I wanted to have a love like the love in my favorite song, and I realized that was you..the way we met, how you treated me, looked at me reminded me of that song."

I searched my brain because she told me this...then I got it ...

" Prince's song, Adore?" she nods her head yes...

"The lyrics tell our story, and I knew that after our first conversation where we talked until the sun came up, you were for me."

I look at her and hug her close...
