RAZOR'S POV

When you opened your eyes, you noticed two things right off the bat.

One: Your head ached and burned like crazy. It was annoying.

And the more important realization, 2:

Y/N was lying unconscious on the ground in front of you. And she looked pretty badly beaten up.

You cry out her name and rush to her side, ignoring the pain of the many sword cuts that had sliced deep into your skin. You could care about yourself later. Now you had to care about your lupical.

"Y/n... you're bleeding," you whisper to them, pulling them back into the cave to keep them safe from any wandering monsters.

You knew that you had the medical supplies from Kaeya that you could use, but you are half wolf, and you've never used any medical supplies before.

However, you'd seen y/n doing it, and their injuries were similar to the wounded wolf's. Except their cuts weren't as wide as the wolf's, they were narrow and shallow. So you only had to clean them up and bandage them. Easy, right?

You rummaged in the basket until you found the disinfectant cream, and spread it all over their wounds, resisting the urge to lick it off of your hands. That wouldn't be too good for your body, obviously. After putting disinfectant on the cuts, you looked to see if there was any more alcohol left to pour on the wounds. You were a bit anxious when you found none, but you forced yourself to move on with just the bandages. You also spread a bit of the painkilling cream on the cuts, just so that Y/N's pain wasn't that bad when they woke up.

Then you wrapped yourself around them, to keep them warm and comfort them.

You hummed softly as you waited for their eyes to open once again.

Y/N's POV

You felt a heavy weight all around you, and pain came back to you in slight flashes as light slowly filled your vision and your eyes opened.

"Lupical... you're... awake," Razor said, letting go of his tight grip on you and rolling away from you in a little furry ball. You look down at your arms and legs and notice that all the cuts on them have been bandaged, and from the look of it, disinfected as well. Some blood had been soaked up by the bandages, but not much. Your wounds had stopped bleeding long before they had been medicated. Hopefully you had not gotten any infections during that time. You doubted it, but anything could happen.

"You bandaged my wounds, Razor. How sweet of you!" you said to him, sitting up on your sheepskin, which had been heated up a lot. Your skin was wet with sweat, and you realized that Razor must have been very active and then had jumped on you. You didn't even realize that your body had been trying so hard to keep you alive that you were sweating.

"Razor... very worried... thought you... were dead," he murmured, taking your hands in his as a human would.

"That's so sweet, honey!" you said, realizing that you had been repeating the word 'sweet' a lot. "But why would you be so worried? They were only small cuts, after all. They couldn't have killed me either way."

"Lupical... injuries... very scary!" he said, his eyes wide. "Even small ones."

You gave him a kind smile, even though you didn't understand. He noticed this, and huffed angrily.

"It's hard... to explain... I'm not good... at words," he said with a frown.

"No, I think I get it. I just don't know what lupical means," you told him.

"Lupical is... friends. But more... soulmate?"

You held your hands up in a gesture of uncomprehension, and Razor moaned plaintively.

"Don't know the word," he said stubbornly.

"Maybe true love?" you suggested. "Soulmate..."

"No... more family? Hard to... explain. Wolf topic, not human," was Razor's response.

"Well, whatever it is, I'm honored to hold that position. But if that means you're freaking out over everything I do, it's kind of annoying. For example, I'm going to head back to Mondstadt next week. I would hate to know that you're pacing around in the cave all the day worrying about me."

"No pacing around cave," Razor said, shaking his head emphatically. "Know why?"

"Why?" you asked him, suspecting it before he even said it.

"I will be... in city... with you."
