A/N- Moderate gore warning. Also this chapter isn't my best work because I had a lot of stuff happening today and wanted to produce something for you guys as well, so I may have not tried hard enough or waited until I was in the mood to write. Sorry :( I hope you enjoy it still, darlings :) love you guys! i'll try to deliver better quality work next time.

You woke up to the sounds of hissing and metal clashing against metal. Gently, you pushed Razor off of you and got up, slyly stealing his claymore from his side and running into the cave, which was where the sounds were coming from.

When you went into the cave, you saw that a Fatui electro cicin mage had Barbara pinned up against the wall, holding a knife to her neck. The healer had already been cut, and a thin trickle of blood was dripping from the cut down to the ground. She seemed very uncomfortable, but she still somehow managed a smile.

On the other side of the cave, Kaeya and Lisa were fighting a Fatui cryo mage and a Fatui pyro mage. Kaeya had a long cut on his forehead from the pyro mage's sword, and Lisa was barely dodging the cryo mage's attacks. This wasn't normal. They were both good fighters, so how were they failing?

You hoisted the claymore above your head and charged the electro cicin mage that was threatening Barbara. From your hours of watching Noelle practice fight, you knew a few attacks, and you put one into practice now, spinning your body around like a tornado and spinning the claymore around with you. The blade sliced the electro mage up into sections, and her severed body parts laid there like sections of cut up salmon. Blood pooled on the ground like water from a waterfall, except it was spreading out from left to right instead of from up to down.

"Are you alright?" you cried out, and Barbara nodded. She sang a little tune, and a little revolving circle of water surrounded her, turning into music notes and healing her cut. It also cleaned up the blood, making it look as if she'd never been hurt.

You ran to Kaeya and Lisa's sides, the claymore heavy in your arms. You hadn't known that the weapon would be so hard to hold. Razor had to have immense amounts of strength to be able to fight with this thing.

You did the same spin attack on the cryo cicin mage, and it worked pretty well. But then your body just... gave up. The claymore dropped from your hands, you fell to your knees, pain flashed in your lower body and abdomen, and you were left at the mercy of the pyro mage.

Kaeya stabbed wildly at the mage, but it dodged all of his attacks skillfully, keeping its eyes on you. You tried to get up, but you had no strength left. You were completely burned out. Now all you could do was hope your death came quickly.

A loud growl came from behind the mage's back as Razor charged, jumping on top of the mage's body and pinning it to the ground.

The mask it was wearing slipped off, revealing the face of a young man your age. You cried out to Razor to stop, but he didn't listen to you, pulling his gloves off to reveal sharp claws for fingernails.

"Don't hurt him, Razor! He's young!" you cried out once more.

"Don't attack him, little wolfie!" Lisa called out.

He didn't listen to either of you. With one neat swipe, his claws severed the poor young man's head from his neck. With a splash of blood, the head rolled over to you and stopped at your knees, and the body flopped to the ground like a dead fish.

You looked into Razor's glowing red eyes, your eyes filled with terror and concern. Lisa screamed when she saw the head, as if she hadn't just seen it get severed, and rushed away into the corner of the cave, holding onto Barbara's wrist like a lifeline.

Noticing your emotions, the glow into Razor's eyes and the joy of combat in his heart turned to dread. Had he hurt you? Or scared you? He couldn't live with himself if he had.

"Y/n... are you... okay?" he asked, stretching his hands out to you.

You took one look at his bloodstained skin and drenched claws and jumped up to your feet, screamed, and rushed out of the cave, not stopping your full run until you were a decent distance away from him.

You hadn't expected Razor to be so defensive of you, and so willing to kill. This was a problem you needed to solve, or he'd start killing everyone!

Oh dear... responsibility really weighed a lot.
