POV: Alice
Once upon a time,
well you probably think that this is a amazing story about true love and princesses and Prince's but I hate to break it to you, this is not the story.

Hi my name is Alice and I'm just a normal 18 year old farm girl, who lives with her mother, sister, 4 pigs, 5 sheep's and 8 chickens. We live in a kingdom in a little village, our king is very kind and thinks of the people, but he remarried a month ago and his new wife 'the queen' is not that kind. The only thing she wants is money. The kings wife died a couple of years ago, the whole kingdom was grieving. Oh and then we have his son prince Thomas he is what I heard very rude and mean. Luckily I never meet him anyway.

I was woken up by my little sister Nova. She looks a lot like my father brown hair, hazel eyes and a little nose. She always reminds me of him. He died when Nova was born my mother and I cried for days. We decided to move to another village away from all the memories. My mom found a little farm with pigs, chickens and sheep's that we could buy. We live here for almost 10 years.

I laughed when I saw Nova smiling at me. "Alice! Alice! You know what day it is today right?" Nova asked with even a bigger smile on her face. She was turning 10 today and she was really excited about that.
"Uhm... Let me think... Is it maybe Christmas?" I teased her and I looked questioning. She shook her head and kept smiling. "Okay is it easter?" Again she shook her head more and more. I sight dramatic "I give up! What's today?" I teased. "It's my birthday!!" She said while climbing on my bed and jumping up and down. I laughed and opened my arms so she could jump in them and I could hug her tight. "You are a beautiful girl! And you have a golden heart never forget that." I said to her while holding her as tight as I could, afraid of letting go and I never could hold her again.

She climbed out of my arms and sat onto the bed my green eyes looked at her beautiful hazel ones. "Don't you have a present for me?" She asked with adorable puppy eyes. I couldn't help but laugh, I stood up and walked to my little closet. "Close your eyes and stick out your hands." I said before grabbing her present. She did what I told and I took the present out of my closet. I walked towards her and put a handmade doll in her tiny little hands. "Open your eyes!" Again she did what I said and her eyes were big and wide from surprise. "A new doll! Did you made it?" She ask already playing with her new doll. I nodded my head and smiled at her adorable reaction.

Nova went to the kitchen and I got ready. I put on my long blue skirt, a old white blouse and old shoes. All the clothing I own are old clothing from my mother or other family members, my sister has my old clothing. I got dressed and brushed my hear. I went to the kitchen, everything in our house is on one level.  My mother was making breakfast what is always the same. Bread, milk and eggs. We don't have a lot of money like the most of the villager do here.

"Good morning Alice." My mother said with a smile and I smiled back. I look mostly like my mother: green eyes, lightly brown hair and freckles on my nose. While my mother was hugging my sister I made sure the breakfast was on the wooden table.

Every day is always the same: I wake up (mostly by my sister.) Get ready, then I eat breakfast, I feed the animals, go get some water by the lake (if I smell I wash myself first.) Help my mother in the garden, clean myself again, making dinner, putting my sister to bed, talk a little with my mother and then I go to bed. Nothing ever change but I don't mind it, it was easier and quite this way.

Even if it was my sisters birthday she still had to learn and that was what my mother did. My mother taught me everything I know now and now she is teaching it to Nova. This was my time to go to the animals.

As soon as I opened the door all the sheep's and pigs made noise. I took the bag with food for them and started to feed them. They came as soon as the food hit there food bowl. For the chickens I needed to walk outside. I made for them a little cage outside. I took some seeds from a bag next to the door and walked inside. All the chickens ran to me and I trow the seeds towards them. Animals are all feed now and I need to go get some water.
