Part 21

POV: Alice
The next morning I got woken up by someone kissing my cheek. I open my eyes to see Thomas smiling at me. "Morning." He said with a morning voice. I just smiled in responds not wanting to say anything. today was coronation and I was really scared but I don't think I was they only one Thomas looked very nervous and scared too. We just stared at each other untill a knock on the door broke or eye contact. "Come in!" Thomas yelled what made me giggle. We both looked at the door to see Lily and Clare come in. They made a cursty for us. I can't say they don't have to do that because Thomas is here now. "We're sorry but we need to get Alice ready today." Lily said and walked over to me with a robe. I was only wearing my night gown. Thomas gave me a little kiss on my lips and I stept out of bed. Lily put the robe around me and we walked out of the room to my now 'old' room. 

Lily, Clare and I walked into the room, I saw my mother and sister already sitting on the baywindow. Nova smiled widely and came to hug me. She was wearing a cute little purple dress with my father neckless. My mother wore a blue dress also very beautiful. "You look amazing!" I told Nova and spin her around. She smiled to me and ran back to her doll. I gave it back to her because I know she missed it. I walked towards my mother and sat next to her. "Mother you look stunning." I said and gave her a hug. She smiled and took my hands. "You are going to be an amazing queen. Thomas is going to love you very much." She told me and I just hugged her again.

Lily and Clare came towards me with a big red dress. It was breath taking to look at. The both took one hand and helped me in the dress. I couldn't breath again and I know I still need to lose more weight. Clare and Lily did my hair and make-up while my mother looked at me and Nova was playing with her doll. This is really happening right now. In less then 2 hours I'm the new queen of this kingdom. I had also a beautiful matching red neckless around my neck. The best part from that neckless was that it looked like roses.

Lily and I walked towards a room the same one where Thomas and I got married yesterday. The room was still shut and Thomas was there waiting for me. He was wearing a black suit with around his waist again a sword. I smiled when I saw him, he kissed me and then took my hand. Lily walked towards another door too sit in the room. My mother, Nova and Clare where already sitting there. It was just Thomas and me.

"Are you nervous?" He asked me and I just nodded facing the shut door. "Yeah, me too." He said with a shaking voice. The doors slowly open and we both took a deep breath before we walked through the aisle. On the end of the aisle was the king and infront of him two footseats. When we reached the king we both sat with our knees on the footseats. Thomas on the left and I was on the right.

We looked at the king when he started to speak. "Welcome everyone, on the coronation from the soon be king Thomas and the soon be queen Alice. I can not rule anymore because I'm sick and don't have much time. But I'm happy to gave my place to my sweet and loyal son Thomas and his lovely new wife Alice." This is the first time I heard the word wife used for me, it made my heart to skip a beat. I couldn't hold Thomas hand now, we need to do this on our own. The king gave Thomas something that looked like a ball and a scepter. "Do you Thomas promise, to take care for this kingdom with all your heart and help the people when needed. To bring freedom and peace and in times fight for it when needed." Thomas looked up at the king. "I promise." He said very serious. The king took his crown and placed it on Thomas' head. "Rise as the new king, LONG LIVE KING THOMAS!" He yells trought the room. Thomas stood up and faced the people in the room. "LONG LIVE KING THOMAS!" Everyone yelled after the king. Thomas walked behind his father and looked at me. The queen came up towards me and I was very scared. What was she doing? She stood infront of me handing me the same things what Thomas was holding. "Do you Alice promise, to take care for this kingdom with all your heart and help the people when needed. To bring freedom and peace and in times fight for it when needed." I looked at the queen in fear. I saw anger and evil in her eyes. I took a deep breath. "I promise." I said with a shaking voice. The queen took her red diamond crown and placed it on my head. "Rise as the new queen, LONG LIVE QUEEN ALICE!" She yelled very loud. I stood up and faced to room with my chin in the air looking serious. "LONG LIVE QUEEN ALICE!" Everyone yelled even Thomas. I gave the things in my hand back to the queen. "You maybe queen but I'm still in charge." The queen whispered to me. My heart beated faster untill Thomas grabbed my hand and we both walked out of the room. We went up the stairs and on to a balcony. Hundreds of people were standing there cheering and waving at us. Thomas kept hold of my hand and waved with they other I did the same. We stood there for a while until we walked back inside. Thomas kissed me on the lips. "I love you my queen." He said smiling and holding me tight. "I like you too my king." I smiled back and kissed him again.
