Sam and Dean attack the vamps.

Kicking. Punching. A lot is happening. Sam kills one, and then gets picked up and thrown. He's then punched and knocked out. Dean gets grabbed and slammed on the floor. One of the vamps tries to bite Dean, but it's head it cut off before anything happens. They start fighting again. Sam kills another, and Dean gets his first kill. Sam and Dean are now 1v1ing a vamp. Dean gets pushed, buts runs at the vamp. The vamp catches him, and runs him into a pole. Dean then feels a sharp pain in his lower back. "What just happened?" Sam kills his vamp, then kills Dean's.
Sam puts his knife away. "Alright, Let's go find those kids. Get them somewhere safe." Dean feels more pain. The pain isn't getting better. It's much, much worse. "Sam," He says. "I don't think I'm going anywhere." Sam gets confused. "What are you talking about?" Dean winces. "There's- There's something in my lower back. It feels like it's right though me." Sam puts his hand behind Dean's back. When he pulls his hand away, it's covered in blood. Dean groans. "Um," Sam says, panicking. "Alright. I got you" Sam tries to move Dean. "NO. Don't move me," Dean says, feeling the most pain he thinks he's ever felt. "It feels like this thing is holding me together right now."
"Okay," Sam says, trying to stay calm. "I'm gonna call 9-1-1. I'll go get the First Aid Kit." Sam goes to walk away. "Sam.." Dean says. "Stay with me.." Sam gets worried even more. "Uh.." "Stay with me, please." Sam felt like he was going to cry. He knew that Dean was going to do all this deathbed stuff. "Yeah," Sam says. "Sure." Dean breathes in and out very slowly. "Alright. You get those boys and take them somewhere safe." Sam knew it. He saw it coming. "Dean, WE are going to get those boys somewhere safe." "No," Dean smiles. "You knew it was always gonna end like this. Right? Saving people, hunting things?" Sam interrupts. "STOP- Just stop.." "Sam," Dean says. "It's okay. It's good." Suddenly, the barn door busts open.
