The grin on Lokis face was different this time. It felt like this time he felt betrayed... his heart was hurting.
„I should have known" he said before Bruce picked me up and helped me fix my dress.

Tony handcuffed Loki and they left.
„Good job Y/N. We are all very proud of you." i heard Tony say in my ear piece while they were leaving the hotel.

„Stay in the room tonight and rest. Happy will pick you up tomorrow morning."

„Okay. See you guys tomorrow."

I fall down onto the bed and pass out in seconds.

The next morning i was up early, i was still wearing my dress so i just got up and took a taxi to the compound.

I was about to surprise Steve while he was sleeping so i ran to his room and opened the door.
On the bed i saw the back of a head with long blonde hair and Steve was laying next to her. I knew who it was right away.

My heart shattered into thousand pieces. Instead of causing a scene i went to my room and changed into some normal clothes.

On my way back downstairs i take the the dress and the gun with me. I knock on Tonys door and hand it to him, "Here. I don't need it anymore"

He takes both and throws it on his bed.
"You were amazing yesterday. Thank you.
And we need to celebrate that, party tonight."

I nod and leave again. All i could think about was how Steve could do anything like that, why does he keep lying to me?

I go to the kitchen and see in the reflection of the toaster how Sharon was sneaking out
She might be an agent but she's definitely not a good spy.

I make some coffee and while i was pouring it into my cup i felt a pair of hands around my waist.
By the grip i knew it was Steve so i poured a bit on his hand.

„AHHHH" he screams, and removes his hands from me.

„Oh. I'm sorry" i say sarcastically and sit down at the table without paying attention to him or his wound.

Steve started pouring cold water on the burn, „Its okay baby. How are you? You were amazing last night, i'm very proud of you... but was kissing him really needed?"

I give him a smile, „Oh im good, and thanks. I know but you know whats weird?
I just saw Sharon Carter sneak out of the compound. Pretty weird huh"

He laughs it off, „ Really? She was probably with Tony or something." I could tell he was lying.
I tried to read his mind without touching him and surprisingly it worked...

I got a vision of Sharon and him, on his bed.
They were making out and i wish i could erase that image out of my head.

It took me a couple minutes to realize it was true, he really cheated on me. The Captain America cheated on me.

I was about to leave when i saw Bruce walk into the kitchen with Natasha.

„Good Morning love birds, y'all were quite loud last night." Natasha said while Bruce was trying to get her to shut up.

"Really? That's quite funny isn't it Steve?"
i said and Steves face just dropped.

"Yeah haha the moaning was intense." Nat added while sipping on her cup of coffee.

"I wasn't here all night. I was staying in the hotel room we booked for the Loki mission."
After saying that, i ran out of the kitchen.

"Y/N i can explain" Steve screams after me
