Home In Russia

We arrived back in Russia to pick up our little Paya. The internationals were actually postponed due to many of the contastants not being available for that week.

We rang the doorbell and a butler opened the door.

" Dobro pozhalovat' (Welcome)" The butler said.

"

Spasibo (Thank you)" Axel said before walking inside.

I walked in with him, hugging his arm.

" On spustitsya cherez mgnoveniye ( He'll come down in a moment. ) " The butler said.

Axel nodded before he kissed the top of my head.

I heard the jingle of Paya's collar and when she peeked from upstair to see who had arrived, she started barking as soon as she saw us.

" Hi, mamash!~" I said.

She quickly ran down the stairs, barking and she crashed into Axel over her own excitement. She started whining and wagging her tail before she started hopping for him to carry her.

Axel chuckled before bending down and picking Paya up.

" I missed you so much as well, princess~" He kissed her forehead.

Paya continued whining and desperately snuggled him, licked his cheek and curled in his arms. She couldn't stay still by how happy she was to see Axel.

Axel chuckled again and rubbed her head gently.

" You missed me alot as well, aw~" He said.

" What am I? A ghost?" I said, looking at Paya.

Paya looked at me and she leaned over at my to happily kiss my cheek.

" Not as much joy as you are to see Axel but I'll take it." I giggled.

" She chose favorite." He laughed a little. " Gotta love mommy alot too, princess." He rubbed Paya's belly.

Paya layed over her back in Axel's arms as if she were a baby. She snuggled a bit and I couldnt help but giggle.

I heard footsteps and as I looked up, I saw Mr. Turgenev and Arkadi walking down the stairs.

" There's my other cub." Mr. Turgenev said.

" Hello otets (father) and Kadi." Axel said, waving to them as he was caressing Paya's head.

Mr. Turgenev looked at Paya.

" She was really well behaved but she kept waiting at the door most of the time. She sure loves baths, too. " He said.

" Paya is a very clean dog but she's so attached to Axel." I giggled.

Mr. Turgenev looked at the way Axel was holding Paya.

" You know... You two are already married. It's never too early to give me grandchildren." He said.

I immediately blushed and scratched my cheek, looking away a bit. Axel chuckled a little.

" You'll become a grandpa when the times ready for that." He said.

" Y-yeah... I'm not ready to have my own children yet." I said.

" What? Why not?" Mr.Turgenev asked.

" Well, I'm just about to start my idol career and if I have a baby, I wouldn't be able to be an idol. I have to have my full attention on my little one. Besides, the world is still a little to dangerous for me to have a baby. I know I have my mother's protection and yours but even so.... There are still dangerous people that want to hurt us." I said.
