I took a deep breath as I adjusted Peter's shoulder armor.

"You don't have to do this, you know?"

Peter didn't respond.

"Hey." I paused taking his face in my hands, making him look at me. "None of this is anyone's fault, but Miraz's... It's not yours, it's not Caspian's... I can see you losing faith... But faith is what keeps us together Pete." I whispered.

Peter smiled as he reached up and took my hand in his.

"I suggest staying here... Like you said as far as Miraz knows you're still rotting away in his dungeon."

"Of course...... Peter. Fight for me... but more importantly fight for Aslan..."

"For Narnia." He smiled.

I nodded once.

"Peter, we need to go." Edmund said from the doorway before leaving just as quickly as he came.

"Now go, my king." I smiled, kissing him quickly.

"This brings back memories." He chuckled.

"Shut up." I rolled my eyes as I picked up his shield.

Peter stood at the entrance of the how, putting on his helmet before I fitted his shield on his arm, and handed Rhindon to Edmund.

Peter and Edmund started walking out of the How as I rushed to where the archers were positioned so I could get a good look, grabbing my own sword in the process.

I saw Peter down there. He looked like a little fleck. He drew his sword from the scabbard Edmund was holding and stepped forward.

Miraz also stepped forward and the battle began. They begin to circle each other.

Peter pulled down the visor of his helmet and started off at a run, jumping on a part of the ruin, bringing his sword down on Miraz. But Miraz blocked it with his shield.

Both armies started cheering for them. I winced as Miraz knocked Peter in the head with his shield.

Peter hit Miraz in the back before Miraz knocked off Peter's helmet, and then his coif. Peter swung low, managing to cut Miraz's leg.

Miraz swung again, and Peter fell over but quickly recovered. Then Miraz tripped Peter. My heart was in my throat as I watched Miraz step on his shield.

Miraz was about to bring his sword down on Peter but Peter managed to roll out of the way. Peter kept rolling and blocking. Then he stopped and tripped Miraz.

Both quickly got up, breathing heavily.

Then I saw Peter look up. I followed his gaze to where Susan and Caspian were riding out from the woods.

Then I watched as Peter and Miraz limped back to their respective sides.

It looked like Miraz was having a mini tempter tantrum as he threw his helmet down.

Then I noticed Peter looking up at me. He turned to Susan before saying something. Susan nodded and hugged Peter, but I could tell he was in pain.

Then Peter raised his sword and forced a smile as Susan ran into the How. The Narnians broke out into cheer again.

I watched as General Glozelle tightened a bandage around Miraz' knee.

But I also saw Peter holding his arm. Edmund started looking at it.
