Goldstar felt horrible. In her shattered mind she couldn't put the words together on how horrible she felt, she just knew she felt worse than she ever did. Not even birthing the twins carried the same amount of suffering she did now. Goldstar sat in a dark dungeon, she was chained to a wall in an extremely uncomfortable pose. She remembered being taken to a pit full of chattering and leering abominations, they had surrounded her and...her memory fuzzed out at that point. She was glad for that. Her body ached and sharp pains and shivers caressed her muscles roughly. The only thought keeping the woman sane was that of her children, hopefully far away from whatever horrors she was found by. Goldstar felt hot tears leak out of her bloodshot eyes as she thought of her children. How she had left them, how she had just left them there on that ship to run from the Horde. Goldstar began to laugh suddenly, it began as a dry chuckle and soon grew to an unrestrained cackle. The Horde was nothing in the face of her captors, even now she felt something slither through her mind and soul. The psychological torment of just sitting here was far worse than anything the Horde could conjure. Goldstar felt her mind slip from her grasp and her emotions wandered off again, her laugh fell back into a sob. When the tears began again she heard something. A voice. It whispered something to her, and she found herself possessed by a sudden fury. She had come from a planet who fought back against the Horde, this was not how she would end! Her children needed her, and she needed them. Chains rattled and strained against the primordial fury of a mother wronged, long rusted rivets began to snap and crack. Soon they broke completely, and Goldstar was free.
The iron bars before her would pose a challenge for the embittered and desperate woman, but she soon realized the cell she was in was made for something far larger than her. She slipped and slid on old blood as she crawled towards the bars. Soon she found herself drenched in blood and guts, with increasing horror she saw most of it came from a body off in the corner. Goldstar decided against investigating the misshapen and enormous shape and instead squeezed through rough iron. It pained her greatly to do so but her blood slicked form easily slid through after a few seconds. The sound of chains rattling against the bars made her heart leap into her mouth, luckily none of the abominations were around to notice her. The very thought of the things and what they would do to her if they found Goldstar spurred her on even more. Every shadow she saw dancing in the pale light of the overhead lights made her imagine deceptively beautiful horrors ready to pounce and violate her body and soul. Soon she heard something that wasn't the sounds of thick chains rattling and the meagre sounds of her own breath. The only thing she could liken the sound to was the tearing of wet paper, then the smell hit her. She would have gagged if her mouth and throat weren't so dry that they refused to function.
When Goldstar peeked around the corner of a doorway, she was first affronted by shadows that played a grim picture in her mind. She saw a massive horned figure with several bizarre armatures attended to by several of those purple skinned abominations. They were dressed in crude and debased parodies of nurses, and they carried platters of lumpen objects. Goldstar's eyes finally looked at the scene itself, and she nearly fainted. The oppressive sting of small lacerations and her own considerable willpower keeping her conscious and upright. An enormous knight thing stood over a body of a large man, larger than anything that should have existed on Goldstar's planet. The man was cut open and his insides were spread out neatly on other tables and the platters carried by the corrupted nurses. Soon, the twisted doctor picked something up from a nurse. It was a fleshy hose connected to a machine the size and grotesqueness of which made Goldstar want to faint again. She instead remained fixed on the spot as the doctor connected the hose to the cut open man's somehow pounding heart. The doctor then gestured to his harem of nurses and they all pulled out goggles marked with eye aching runes. The nurses cackled and laughed with visible excitement as the machine began to pump hypnotizing liquid into the man. The lights went out for a short second and when they snapped back on the man was sitting upright on the table, a rictus grin spread across his features. Goldstar stifled a cry, and her chains rattled slightly. Luckily neither the doctor nor his nurses noticed. The doctor waved his hand in front of the grinning man's face, when he received no reply or response he tutted in soft displeasure before marking down something on a notepad. Goldstar watched as the doctor put his strangely leathery notepad down and pulled a pistol from beneath his bloodstained apron. The grinning man's head then exploded and his brain matter painted the wall, the doctor lowered his smoking pistol and gave a nod to his eager assistants. The things sprung forward and began to devour the huge corpse's innards and still steaming brain matter. The doctor looked on with grim pleasure as he wringed his hands with a rag. Then to Goldstar's immense horror, he spoke.
"Enjoy the show? I am sure you did. How did I know you were here I hear you ask? You see I am far above human, I detected your presence some time ago. I thought it would be polite to share some of the beauty I can create here. Sadly, this one failed. I am glad you came here of your own volition however, I don't enjoy sending my daemonettes out to retrieve specimens. They get awfully grabby you see, while I enjoy their propensity for pumping Prince Slaanesh's dark essence into deserving recipients it tends to spoil the fun of a fresh experiment. Come over, I always wanted a pretty little pet like you. Humans tend to be very good canvases for fun little paintings." Goldstar's body moved without her command, the authoritative words of the looming doctor and the threatening slurps and gulps of the daemonettes made her move without second thought. The doctor fussed over Goldstar for a minute, a mechanical arm spraying surprisingly pure water at her and cleansing her figure of the congealed blood there. The doctor then rummaged through a cupboard adorned without screaming faces inlaid into the wood. He pulled out a nurse outfit crudely sown with a material Goldstar couldn't recognize, and he handed it to her. "Put it on child, I hate to have you shivering and suffering while I show you some of my works. Oh and you and you-" the doctor snapped to a pair of daemonettes who had just finished wiping the remains of a liver from their mouths, the two looked up with wide smiles, eagerly awaiting orders from their master. "Wash up and escort this one as I show her some of my art, I'd hate for her to run off suddenly. And don't do anything funny, save that for later when I show her her new quarters." The two nodded and swiftly washed themselves and joined Goldstar, pulling on the close fitting clothes and taking her arms. Goldstar looked up with wide tear rimmed eyes at the twisted doctor towering over her. "Oh don't cry." he said as a daemonette wiped the tears from Goldstar's eyes while cooing in an unknown language, the next words the doctor spoke made Goldstar's very soul shudder and she considered simply falling over and going unconscious.
"We are going to have so much fun the two of us. My daemonettes have also been starved of a good proper warm body to...ah...exploit."
