S Y N O P S I S

Nearly a hundred years ago, a devastating nuclear war took place upon earth. To this day humanity has lived on spaceships far above Earth's radioactive surface. Now, one hundred juvenile delinquents— considered expandable by society— are being sent on a dangerous mission: to re-colonise the planet. It could either be their second chance at life.. or it could be a suicide mission.

There are strict rules upon the spacecraft they call the Ark. For every crime, regardless of the type, there is a death penalty, unless the person who committed the crime is under the age of 18 years old.

Genesis Sorenson was unfortunately in the right place at the wrong time. A mistake of stealing ration chips led her to spend the rest of her days in the place they called the skybox, a lifetime of cold food and cell walls for one mistake someone made her do.

Genesis never had the easiest home life upon the ark. Her father had been floated before she could even speak. Her fathers death had sent her mother into a spiral. A once kind, loving mother turned into a callous, abusive one. And due to her mother, she suffered minor insomnia for as long as she could remember.

She was immediately locked up in a cell when she was caught with the ration cards in her hand, sent to spend the rest of her 10 years behind bars. An innocent eight year old girl was punished for a crime she was forced to commit by her abusive mother. At least she escaped the abuse of her mother and nightmares.

Until one day.

The Ark came to a decision of sending a hundred delinquents to the ground in order to test if the Earth was radiation free and survivable. Genesis was one of them. Ever since she was locked up she had been dreaming of the chance to escape the cell. Every time she would look up, she would see the moon and wonder what else it could light up.

Confronted with a savage land and haunted by secrets from their pasts, the hundred must fight to survive. They were never meant to be heroes, but they may be mankind's last hope.
