Genesis knew that Bellamy was going to give up where he hid or destroyed the radio. It was just a shame he actually threw it into a river that had a current it was bound to have washed away by now .

As soon as he had told them, Clarke and Finn headed back to the camp and gathered a group of people to help look alongside them. They needed as many people as they could get.

Right now, it was a matter of life or death.

Genesis was in the middle of  the river, walking up and down as she tried to fish it out, but it wasn't looking good. The blonde turned around to look at Bellamy, the man was just stood watching everyone.

"You just gonna stand there or are you gonna help." Genesis called out to him, starting to get annoyed at the man. She thought he might actually redeem himself by helping them look, but, she was wrong, once again.

"What's the point? It's gone." Bellamy shrugged. Genesis scoffed at his response, she was starting to get sick and tired of Bellamy's negativity lately.

"I'm getting sick of this attitude lately." Genesis rolled her eyes.

"Whatever do you mean, doll?" Bellamy sarcastically asked her.

"You know exactly what I mean." Genesis rolled her eyes, she was referring to the fact he had been ignoring her for days on end. "I can't believe you're actually willingly speaking to me when you've ignored me for days.

Bellamy bit his tongue, he wanted to tell her that he didn't want to ignore her, he didn't want to but he had to for her own safety. Maybe she didn't think it was the right thing but he definitely did.. at the time.

All he wanted now was for the two to be okay again, but he wasn't so sure that they could be back to how they were when they first landed on Earth.

"I know." Bellamy admitted, causing Genesis to look back up at him in shock. "I shouldn't have ignored you, especially after what had just happened."

"That's when I needed you most, Bellamy." Genesis told him. "You're literally the only one that knows about the shit that's going on in my life. I just felt lonely, I had no one to speak to."

"I'm sorry." Bellamy looked down at his hands, fiddling with a twig in them as he crouched down. That was all he was going to say to her, and she knew that. There was no point in trying to get a reason out of him because she was quite certain he wasn't going to tell her.

"I'm pissed off about it still, so don't expect us to go back to being the best of friends, because we won't. You have to earn my friendship back." Genesis grinned slightly.

"Oh, really?" Bellamy smirked, a hint of a smile working its way through. "I'm sure I can win that over in seconds."

"Yeah, yeah, whatever." Genesis rolled her eyes. "Now, are you going to help us-" Genesis was cut off by a random girl shouting out that she had found the radio. Raven immediately ran over to her, grabbing it from her and assessing the damage.

"Can you fix it?" Clarke immediately asked her in the midst of running over to her, along with everyone else they stood in a huddle around her.

"Maybe. But it'll take half a day just to dry out the components to see what's broken." Raven groaned, tilting it slightly as water continued to pour out of it.
