I don't own any of the characters. All credit goes to the Epic J.K. Rowling of course and always.

Harry

"Uncle Harry?" I heard as I made breakfast. I'd set up waffles, pancakes, sausages, eggs, toast, juice, coffee and tea. On top of that, I put a bit of pudding for them too. I was just stirring up more eggs when I heard his voice and turned to find him standing at the entrance of the kitchen with mouth agape. Behind him were Ginny, Albus and James and a little Lily in Ginny's arms.

"Hi." I gulped. Teddy ran around the table, followed by Albus and James. I quickly sat on my knees and took all three of them in a bone crushing hug.

"You're back!" Albus yelled.

I laughed, looking up from between Teddy and James' neck at Ginny. She wasn't looking at us and she had no expression on her face. She was setting a bottle for Lily and I dropped my face back in my boys.

We snapped away at the sound of a shatter.

"Shit." Ginny mumbled, looking at her feet.

"Aunt Ginny, Teddy ran around."

"Stay back, Teddy." She sighed, "There's glass." She gulped, biting her lip.

"Reparo." I whispered and the glass that was spread around her house slippers started to join back together and turned back whole once more. I bent and picked it up, putting it back on the counter.

"Are you hurt?" I asked. She shook her head. Lily looked around, slightly startled and then found me. Her pacifier dropped from her mouth as she opened her mouth in a huge smile. I raised my hands and Ginny gave her to me. I felt whole at the scent of my little girl, the feel of her soft little hands on my cheek and the huge doe eyes that gleamed. I kissed her forehead and she rubbed hands over her face, scrunched back. My beard always teased her. I watched as Ginny set the boys down around the table as they set for breakfast. They were fascinated by the food laid in front of them. I spent hours on that. Even made gingerbread cookies. I knew I was late for Christmas but it'd only passed a week ago.

"Wow." James' eyes widened.

"Enjoy." I grinned and the boys started helping themselves.

"Im going to take a shower." Ginny sighed, nodding and heading for the stairs. My heart dropped. She was going to hate me forever, i knew it. I was ungrateful prat and that got me here today where my wife wouldn't be able to forgive me for a very long time.

Ginny

As soon as I reached up in my room, I burst into tears with a shut door. I couldnt show Harry how overwhelmingly relieved I was that he was home. I felt so relaxed when I didnt have to sit and feed my kids. I could breathe again. Not that my kids were suffocating me but the pain was because every morning they asked where Harry was and I had no answer. I sat on the bed and cried to myself, feeling lost and pathetic.

Getting up, I picked up a towel and headed into the bathroom. Shrugging off my clothes, I jumped into the steam and let the heated water, burn any frustration out of me. I was euphoric to see my husband again. Mesmerized to catch his scent once more that would linger only on him and none of his clothes. The feel of his skin when I hugged him. His warmth.... it took everything in me to not jump on him again. But i had to. It was the only way to show him that I didn't accept this ridiculous nonsense he pulled.

There was a knock on the door and I jumped.

"Who is it?" I called.

"Its me." I heard and my entire body heated up.
