I don't own any of the characters. All credit goes to the Epic J.K. Rowling of course and always.

Teddy

The man stared at me for a moment.

Draco Malfoy.

That name. Was it familiar? Did I know him?

"I dont know you." I inhaled a deep breath after a pause.

"I suspect so."

"Well then I'm not supposed to know you." I clenched my jaw.

"Fair enough."

"How do you know me?"

"That would require me telling you who I am."

"Do you know Uncle Harry?"

"Lets say I do."

"Why are you here?"

"The same reason you are."

"I dont know why I am here."

"They want your uncle."

"Why?"

"Well, he is Harry Potter of course."

"So, he will come for you too."

"Highly doubt it." He shrugged just a little.

"Then why are you here?"

"They think I have something."

"And do you?"

"Maybe."

"Will you give it them?"

"If I wanted to, I wouldn't be here now, would i?"

"Fair."

"How old are you?"

"If you know me then you should know that ad well."

"I dont like to do the math."

"You look rich. I think you might." I snapped.

He snickered very lowly.

"Ten. You turn eleven in April."

My eyes widened. So precise.

"Stay away from me. If Uncle Harry doesn't like you and he didnt tell me about you, then I'm not supposed to know you. For all I know, you work with them."

"Smart choice."

I checked Lily again and she was still asleep. Her skin was warm and she was drooling.

"Teddy, I need to get you out."

"What did you call me?" My eyes widened and I stared up at him. My jaw clenched and I inhaled a hot breath.

"You heard. I owe Ginny. I'd like to help."

"How's that? Why do you owe her?"

"That would require explaining things and I don't think either of us is interested in such sort of interaction at the moment."

Suddenly, Lily burst out crying, mumbling awake. I rocked her gently in my hold but she kept crying.

I was still rocking her when the cell next to mine rattled. Draco Malfoy was rapidly banging his hand on it, as if to get attention. A dark looking man came down the steps that weren't far from the cells. We were in some sort of dark basement where outside of our compartments was a small space with a yellow light hanging from the ceiling. In the end corner was a the stare case that went up.
