Ginny

Sitting by the top of the hill, I gazed at the purple yellow sky. The sunset was truly beautiful. The way the blanket of dim beams settled of the crispy cones of the trees, set out a landscape worth a paint. Soft breeze blew the waves of grass down the hill and the clouds shifted with every gasp of wind. I sniffed, looking up, realizing how pathetic I'd gotten since Harry left. I was a mess. I wasnt the Ginny, who was strong and knew she could manage things on her own. I was one who missed her husband dearly. Who wished he would show up soon because his kids missed him dearly. As the sun began to disappear. I stripped off my dress and robe and waited for the transformation to happen. When it started, I felt blind and when it was done, I was whining. I was crying. My emotions were suddenly heightened and the ache in my chest was killing me. I sat on my claws and fell into the mud. It was wet and slopped around me as I descended and soon, slumber took over me in my cry.

I felt a chill on my skin and when woke up, I found my body in human form again. I looked at myself and I was half in a pool of mud and half above. I felt disgusting but there was my robe already laid on me. As I sat up, I looked around and found no one. Who put it on me? Maybe I did and forgot. I composed myself for a bit, and then stood with my robe. The lake seemed so serene down. It wasnt the Hogwarts lake. This was a small lake by a tree top I found a few grounds away from the Quidditch pitch. I pulled out my underwear and jumped from the top into the lake. It was chilly but so kind to my nerves. I swam up and enjoyed the tickle of the chilly water seeping in my skin and fixed the ache in my bones. When I felt free of any earlier pain, I shut my eyes and disapperated back up to the top of my hill.

"Boys cheering you on tonight?" Gwenog asked as I set my robe around me.

"Yeah. Lil's up there as well."

"Thats amazing." She nodded, "What about Harry?"

"Erm... he's out on a trip. Couldnt make it."

"Oh. Well, your kids are going to be your crowd."

I nodded and we headed out to collect our brooms. The game comenced and everyone blew into the air. The snitch was on me and I was determined to get it before Matt. Matt was playing the Quidditch cup next year as well, so the man was practicing all the time to get a win there as well. To his misfortune, I found the snitch, spinning off of the ground, two hours in the game and straight for the sky. I shot from the end of the pitch where I roamed and headed straight for the golden ball.

I can do this. I can do this!

My brain kept chanting till I felt a matter in my fingers and the chill of metal sent goosebumps through my body.

"And Harry Potter's caught the snitch! Gryffindor wins!" I heard and my eyes snapped open.

"What?" I muttered and suddenly, a blow went through my shoulder so harshly that I almost tipped over my broom. I held onto it by a hand and raised my snitch one. People clapped and I flew myself down to the ground. I stood a bit steady on the sand till a pain shot up my arm. I stumbled and felt strong arms around myself. The world shifted and I felt nauseous, like someone picked me up. And then, everything went blank.

I groaned awake in the familiar extra clean surroundings. Above me, I could count at least eight floating heads.

"What happened?" I mumbled, with a dry throat.

"You took a nasty Bludger. What is with you and those, honestly?" Ron shook his head.

"I... I don't know. I thought I heard his name." I gulped, pain and bile rising in my throat, but I eased myself, staring at James, Albus and Teddy's heads that hovered over me.
